We had a room in the back but our balcony overlooked the courtyard, what I found bizarre was that every other room had a sort of "balcony" in the front that faced the parking lot and also the cemetery that was directly across. Needless to say I saw no one sit out there. The rooms were dated and in ours we...

We booked this very last minute, so beggars can't be choosers regarding rooms. We were lucky and got a room in the back, so at least it was not super noisy. That said, I have no clue why this is a "plus" Best Western when it really offers nothing extra as far as we could tell. Everything was clean, but...

This was a lovely hotel, spacious rooms with little extras - fruit, sweets & water which were a lovely surprise. The staff on the reception desk were friendly & very informative. The downside to the hotel was its location, the main town/beach was not walking distance. However there was a bus that could be picked up just a few yard...

This hotel is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed in! The hotel is designed in a typical American Motel Wooden look that you would see in the movies. The grounds of the hotel are fantastic, extremely well maintained and just pure stunning. The rooms are slightly old and dated, but still perfectly fine to stay in, although...

Every time I visit Santa Barbara, I have hard time finding a satisfying nice hotel, they are all old and expensive, so my expectation is low. Among those hotels, this best Western is a decent in everything!! The service is very good and the bed is so comfortable; they are really trying the best out of an old old building,...

This hotel is consistently clean and extremely comfortable with the most wonderful mattresses. Staff is courteous and helpful. They have a nice pool & jacuzzi which we always use and enjoy. This hotel is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. The only negative is that you need to bring or buy your own drinking water. The hotel provides coffee/tea/fresh fruits, but no Breakfast....

We stayed here for two nights on a trip along the Pacific Coast Highway. It's a bit of a drive to the beach but the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the family loved the pool and hot-tub. We didn't try the restaurant as the reviews were not good. We would happily visit again.

Having reservations at this hotel for a stopover only, I was pleasantly surprised by this venue. The rooms are spacious, with good beds and a large bathroom and excellent, fast wifi. Rooms are built around a large pool area, and all rooms have balconies that are excellent chill out places at night. The complimentary bottles of water are a nice...
