Neat, clean comfortable little RV park inside Santa Barbara city limits. Bus stop to city center is just a few blocks away. Access to everything you need is close by and easy. Great place to stay if you want to explore the city. (It's not a "resort", so if you're looking for comforts of a pool, spa, clubhouse, etc. this...

Hi Anne, and thanks for staying with us! You described our little park to a T! Santa Barbara is unique in its vast array of things to do...or not do! You can be as adventurous as you like, or you can just kick back and enjoy the small town ambience of our little city. There really is something for everyone...

LOCATION: It's definitely an urban park, located right next to Highway 101. Noise from the highway was my biggest concern, but it turned out not to be a big issue. There is a 12' high noise barrier wall, which helps. You do still hear the traffic during the day, but the traffic dies down markedly after about 8 pm. I'm...

Thanks so much for your kind words! And, we're glad you enjoyed your stay! Yup, we are a small park, and we try to make the most of what we have, including clean showers, good wifi, and the best managers ever. Thanks for staying with us. We hope you'll stop by on your way through Santa Barbara again!

This RV park is unique. And I mean that in all the good ways. First, it is the only one located in the heart of Santa Barbara. Bring your bikes or rent one as the beach is only a couple blocks away. Downtown is 2.5 miles and a bus will pick you up one block up from the park. This...

After reading reviews about this urban RV park, I decided it would fit the bill for my weekend in SB by myself. I enjoyed the short walk to the beach off Old Coast Hwy and onto Cabrillo Bl just in time for a beautiful sunset. From there, I walked down State St. and took bus #2 back. Bus stop is...

Sounds like you had a great weekend, Judy! Getting around in Santa Barbara without a car is pretty easy, with a little walking, a city bus and the downtwon/waterfront shuttle. We're glad you like the park! We are small, and yes, next to the freeway, but we do our best to keep things tidy (baths and laundry) and up to...

We have a 40' class A motorhome. Fit in our site with only a couple extra maneuvers. Looks like 45' could also fit in some of the sites - but NOT all. But I would check/reserve in advance as the park looks very busy with lots of rigs coming and going over the course of the week we stayed here....

Aw, thanks, Phil! Terry & Deb are truly the hardest working management team ever...and they somehow "manage" to have a good time while they're at it! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you'll come back to see us again soon!

The couple that run this place are very nice and helpful, both in picking out a site as well as giving us tips, great Cab to use to help with big parties and dogs (Village Cab is awsome, thanks). The wifi is OK, not really for streaming, the cable service is basic The bathrooms are clean and the water is...

Glad you enjoyed your stay and do appreciate the feedback. We have increased our wifi speed and strength several times and are in the process of increasing it again. As our occupancy has grown, so has the need for better wifi, and we hear you loud and clear. Also happy that you liked the other basic amenities! We are small...

This is the only RV park in Santa Barbara. Location is close to downtown, zoo, and beach. Staff is very helpful, and facilities (laundry and showers) are clean and generally well-maintained. Drawbacks - right next to loud 101 freeway and train tracks, and park is very small.

I was looking for a RV park for one night, and I found this great spot. Very practical to checkin and easy to park RV (25ft). People was very helpful and kindly. Recommend to stay here! Good restrooms. A little noise from the highway 101 but nothing to care about.

This place was an absolute blessing to me and my family. My husband suffered an aneurysm in August and was able to stay at Sunrise for 23 days while my husband was at Cottage Hospital. It was nice to be in my own RV, saving $ by not staying in a hotel. The staff was so helpful during our stay.
