This is one of the most elegant and historic hotels I've ever had the luxury of visiting for business. I started visiting this hotel over 20 years ago and I have never been disappointed. The hotel is perfectly appointed, the staff is wonderfully attentive, and it is a true gem. I would highly recommend this hotel for business and for...

This is such a wonderful place to get away and relax. The grounds are simply beautiful, the rooms are stunning and well appointed and the service was excellent. We stayed in the cottages and it had such a wonderful atmosphere. There was a private garden patio and it was so romantic. The Restaurant on site has excellent food and stunning...

As always, a personalized experience in immaculate and spectacular surroundings. Concierge desk make off-premises dinner reservations and helped with out-of-town hotel reservations for our next stop. The casino pool is a wonder: crystal clear and surrounded by natural beauty.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at! The grounds are magnificent and the staff, for the most part is very accommodating. Beautiful facilities and very helpful concierge service. It's a bit on the pricey side but worth the extra price.

You've got to stay at this hotel if you like exceptional customer service and beautiful buildings and grounds. Directly located across the street from the beach. The grounds are stunning. The entire staff is friendly, professional and sincere. We stayed for business but will return for leisure travel.

the rooms were decent. curtains were broke and a bit worn and tattered. we were in a cottage that was very expensive for what you got. Staff very unfriendly. Quite snobby to say the least. I know its Montecito and a lot of very wealthy people stay here but unfriendly staff at the front desk upon arrival and departure.

Relaxing, beautiful setting, outstanding recreation and impeccable service. Premium rooms come with access to the ocean front recreation and dining club across the street which is historic and well maintained with modern amenities. We will be back.

Started our visit with the Sunday Brunch which we fully enjoyed and would highly recommend. Stayed in one of the cottages which provides more space and privacy with lush foliage. We heard the train but it was not a problem (kind of miss it now that we are back on the cold east coast). The staff was very attentive and...

We spent one night at the Biltmore and wished we could have stayed longer! It is a beautiful hotel. Walking the grounds with the lush gardens is an experience in itself. The staff is friendly; everyone goes out of their way to be helpful. We had cocktails on the terrace overlooking the ocean. The buffet breakfast on the terrace was...

We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Biltmore Santa Barbara. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and it's a pleasure to stroll around the property. The service is outstanding. The front desk, and especially the staff at the concierge desk were outstanding -- friendly, professoinal, and extremely helpful. We booked a Superior Room which is the least-expensive category...
