Great location & friendly staff. The Hotel is dated and needs some attentions, love the feel and nastalga / history of the hotel. The bathrooms are snug and the plumbing wasn't working properly. Maybe it was just our room I will give it another stay. The hotel is a good value depending in when you book.

Awesome little get away. In a cool town it far from beaches, and dowtown Santa Barbara. Lots of shops and dining nearby. The zoo is a 5 minute drive from the hotel. Came here the day after our wedding and they provided a glass of wine for the two of us. Very accommodating

Rooms were small and the pool area was very small and s/w Spartan but the location was great - walking distance to the beach, close to the freeway, close to the other hotels we needed to be at for a wedding. The shops/restaurants on the same street were a wonderful addition to our stay.

The rooms were small. Sheets were not wash from previous guest. Walls were paper thin. Couldn't sleep due to neighbors snoring. Decor is somewhat 80's dated. If you need some place to crash the price is OK for the area. Next time I will pay another $50 and go someplace else..

The room was a modest size, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is very small, but functional. The highlights are a super comfortable bed, great view of the mountains, an easy walk to several good restaurants, great staff, nice pool and great coffee in the lobby!

First, let me say this is a VERY cute Inn. It's centrally located next to many restaurants, bars and shopping areas within walking distance. The beach is about a 5 min walk. The Inn itself is well kept and looks nice. As do the rooms. My only fault with this Inn, and for me its a big one; the walls...

Small, quaint and absolutely charming boutique style hotel just south of Santa Barbara in coastal Montecito. Our King Bed Room was clean, clean clean and the bedding was oh so soft and comfy. Bathroom was a bit small but again, clean and recently upgraded while still preserving its original 1928 charm. LOVED the complementary fresh brewed Organic Coffees and the...

The guest room and hotel overall were charming, well maintained and luxurious. The bathroom in the guest room was not updated and not well maintained. They had complimentary water, coffee and tea around the clock, as well as coffee, tea, orange juice, fruit, breakfast bars and pastries for breakfast - all of these was much appreciated. The housekeeping staff were...

This is a very nice place to stay. The Montecito Inn's rooms are not the largest but the character of the place more than makes up for this. The only qualification is the proximity to the highway (101). Overall the Inn offers great value.
