For $230+/ night (!) there is no coffee in the rooms, no fitness center, and it gets worse. The pillows are hard and lumpy and the carpet is grimey gray. (I asked if there were other pillows, "no"). I am afraid to walk on it in bare feet. I would not stay here again. I am staying here just one night and leaving in the morning.…

I have stayed several times here in the last few years and the last visit about a year ago I vowed would be the last. The room smelled, the beds were awful and honestly the bedding was frightening and my reviews reflected that. I found other places to stay when I visited and never considered coming back until trip advisor emailed me to tell me they were removing my review due to new ownership and that the new owners were remodeling. I decided to try again since the location is great and I just needed a decent night sleep and I read about the new beds. First the good - yes the beds are nice and bedding was clean and white with duvet covers. The pillows were plentiful though not that great quality. The rooms have been painted and the bath remodel was excellent right down to the new bath window, new towels and nice shampoo, lotion and conditioner. The new lamps with the outlet for electronics was also a nice touch. There is still however some bad and I’m hoping management will come on and confirm they are continuing the renovation! The carpet is the old disgusting stuff that is stained and frayed and should have been replaced 10 years ago. The old dark matching curtains were also left and these two things really throw off the new vibe. The furniture is also the old stuff but honestly that doesn’t really bother me. I would consider staying here again which actually means a lot considering I never thought I’d ever be back. …
We loved our stay here. We were seeing a show at the Madonna and it was the perfect place to stay. The front desk man was super sweet and accommodating. I forgot toothpaste and he gave us a little tube. He provided recommendations and was just generally super friendly. This was April 30th, 2019. Thanks!!!…
