    A home away from home
    This was my second visit to this hotel. I had a good experience at this hotel last year and was looking forward to this visit. The check in was extremely smooth and the lady at the reception was extremely helpful. Most of the guests are from the Calpoly family. The hotel is a few minutes away from Calpoly campus. Comfortable rooms and a typical Embassy Suites hotel with a good breakfast spread and the happy hours every evening. The hotel is located inside a shopping centre so parking is easily Available. Bed bath and Beyond, Ralphs, Sprouts, Best Buy and many more and fast food outlets like Panera and Chipotle. I would come back to stay at this very convenient hotel. …

    Okay Stay
    Stayed here for 4 nights - Room was satisfactory and relatively clean except for vent in bathroom shower which needs some attention. Room is relatively dark and bedroom switch was set to turn off lamp - which in turn - turned off charging phone. This hotel is approached by going through a large shopping complex and can seem confusing at first. There are two ways to get to the hotel entrance and your GPS may get confused. Parking lot filled up fairly early - but this might have been due to some construction at the WorldMarket next door. Had breakfast one morning at the hotel and found it satisfactory. There are other options close by if you have a car or don't mind walking about 1/4 of a mile. Staff was courteous and greeting us every time we passed by the front desk.…

    The pool is heated to 83 degrees and we do not have a hot tub. Thank you.

    I've just booked a premium suites. Can you please account for the difference from others? And any suites include breakfast, no exception, right?

    What's the difference between the regular suites and the executive suites?
    Good morning wteare, thank you for your note. Our king executive suites are located on the top floor, they have a walk in shower instead of the tub shower and have Keurig coffee makers. Please let us know if we can make a reservation for you. Kindest regards, Tom Pugh

    You should call them and ask? Many, if not all, rooms have been renovated.
