The staff is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Very responsive and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I love that I can close a door while someone is sleeping and still work or watch TV.
The hotel is in a great location. It was clean and everyone was following CDC guidelines. The front desk welcomed me as a rewards member with some free water. The morning grab and go breakfast were nicely packaged and ready to go.
Everything from shower, to walls, floors, bedding, and all old and worn out. This hotel worse than any Motel 6 or equivalent. Dark, dirty, everywhere. The breakfast very poor and the price was outrageous, $200 for this horrible hotel. This diamond member will go elsewhere.
When I arrived in the evening, they received me with complimentary drinks! Alcoholic and non alcoholic with snacks! The breakfast is outstanding and the rooms very comfortable! From the ground floor you can see all the rooms, so makes it very safe. The staff very kindy! Fully recommended in SLO!
We stayed for 3 nights and asked for extra soap ( they gave one bar only ) but they do not have ANY! The indoor pool is ice cool and digital key ideal is good but can't use for pool or gym ? I ended up asking for a real card key since digital key won't work well. Breakfast was the best part !
This hotel stay was as advertised. Good room, clean, great complimentary breakfast and evening reception. The pool didn't have a jacuzzi. Location was good, close to the highway for access to local attractions such as Solvang and Hearts Castle. All of it made for a great stay
Excellent location away from the busier parts of SLO. It shares a strip mall with Sprouts so you can easily grab any essentials you need. My mom and I especially liked that the living room and bedroom are separate since we sleep at different times. One could watch tv without disrupting the other. Breakfast was exceptional. They offered standard business hotel options (bacon, powdered eggs, bread, etc) but also had a separate omelette station. Only issue was that the entire hotel was out of shampoo. Front desk could only give us body wash for our hair 😂
Stayed here for a few nights last week. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Only item to note was that one of the soap holders was broken, which I mentioned to the staff. I wasn't able to attend any happy hour events, but was able to have breakfast. It was tasty! They have a buffet, as well as an omelet station. Very nice, and very popular (i.e. gets crowded). Parking is plentiful, and the hotel is next to a mall with lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
Our room was overall comfortable and quiet but a few things could have been way better. There was mold in the shower, our bathroom door had a big dent by the towel hooks and the refrigerator had not been cleaned out. Old Chinese food smells! Pillows were awful and there were only 3 per bed. Would have been nice to have 4 per bed. Also, WiFi didn’t reach our room and the TV remote was broken.
Overall nice hotel. Super friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Tends to be kind of noisy in the evening but that is to be expected. Spacious rooms and reasonable rates. One of our favorite places to stay when visiting family. We either stay here or on the beach depending on the time of year.
