Stayed here for three nights while in town for a friend's wedding. Went to school in SLO and have stayed in multiple inns/motels and this one is fairly priced for what you get. The quality of the Peach Tree is comparable to other in its price range. Parking is great, as each room has a spot virtually right out front....

Can only concur with most previous reviews: Peach Tree Inn is a traditional (i.e., older), locally owned motel; well-maintained and fairly priced by California standards; management is friendly and forthcoming and provides a good assortment of VHS tapes for those who can't abide what's usually on television. Rooms are compact but quiet, bathrooms a little dated, and closing the drapes...

First, this is not an "inn". It is just a mid-range motel. And it is not a peach tree in the parking area, but some sort of acacia. The rooms are ok, but with stuffy decor and very dim lights. We had one of the "best" rooms with a king sized bed, which my friend and I shared, as there...

We arrived at San Luis Obispo at around 8.30pm. We were travelling from SFO to Anaheim. We checked in very easily and had a very pleasant room. It was a great size with a cute balcony over the creek. The peach tree is lovely in the middle of the parking lot. Breakfast was a feast. The bathroon is a little...

Its fine to be honest. Nothing particularly special but for price is fantastic value. Couple of things - the service was polite but not quite the family vibe we were expecting. Breakfast was good but not amazing. Again given the reviews I expected more. That said as a value package it cannot be beaten. Good location with the trolley into...

We were greeted very friendly with a glass of fresh strawberry lemonade. The room on the creek was simple but clean and tidy with a lovely kingsize bed. It had a patio towards the creek. The breakfast was generous and very good.

We stayed here based on TripAdvisor recommendations and were not disappointed. Having travelled down the coast we opted to stay in San Luis Obispo instead of Pismo Beach. Located only 15 minutes from the coast, it's an ideal spot. The Peach Tree Inn was the perfect place to rest after a long day. At check-in on the afternoon, we were...

An excellent stop over, with friendly staff, (especially the lady owner), good breakfast, amazing strawberry lemonade(!) and a beautiful, peaceful terrace, where humming birds come to feed. It really was tranquil! On the only down side, our room (18) was TINY! However, it was clean and furnished to a high standard-so not a complaint to warrent me from recommending that...
