I had to come up for a last minute trip to see my daughter at CAL POLY SLO. With no reservations I stopped by around 4pm knowing the brand from Paso and was helped immediately. Was given a lovely corner room for two days. Hotel was extremely clean, the entire staff, and I mean everyone was amazing, friendly always smiling. The breakfast that was included was perfect. I ended up having to stay and instead of making me me move to a different room Kim at the front desk made it work (this happened twice). The staff removed all my stress for the stay and allowed me to focus on my daughter. I am forever greatful!

This is our ‘GO TO’ hotel in San Luis Obispo! It’s recently built with contemporary furnishings/decor, and a rooftop pool /Jacuzzi with views of local peaks. The staff takes pride in the cleanliness and they are ALL SUPER friendly! The breakfasts are more than you think. There is a wide variety for everyone…and the staff is meticulously cleaning the room as guests dine. The assistant Manager, Miss Bentley, is absolutely lovely, friendly and accommodating…it’s a bonus to chat with her when we are in town.

Highly recommended. The amenities are awesome. Jacuzzi gym pool. Location close to downtown. Breakfast was delicious and service was excellent. Check in and check up process was extremely efficient. :)

They didn’t mention on the website or at least they didn’t make it clear that there was no first floor accommodations. I had a dog in a wheelchair, and I specified that needing handicapped accommodations for him to get in and out and we were given a tiny room, and which I couldn’t even use this wheelchair I could only prop him up on the bread. There was also nowhere for the animals to use the bathroom in the morning no lawn or potty spot. Just some cactuses out front. The Keurig machine was full of coffee grinds and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned ever.

From check in to check out, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Hotel was modern and clean, plenty of on-site parking, and the staff was friendly. Overall, the hotel is phenomenal. It is also nicely centrally located.

We have stayed at this facility at least 3 times and it is a clean, well-run place. The breakfasts were terrific and had many offerings. The cleaning staff are friendly and want to be helpful. The fitness center is well-appointed as well. The assistant manager Miss Bentley [Kim] is so on it on every detail, wanting to please the guests whenever possible. We feel we get our money's worth when we stay here. It's a not-so-hidden gem of a property located a walking distance of Downtown.

Great appearance, clean, and the service was on par. The location was close to freeway, the rooms were neat and clean, and the value for the hotel was great. Although, the turn down service was annoying. The cleaning crew kept knocking every 15 minutes from 10:30-12, even though check out is 12pm. I had forgotten to put a notice on the door, and I kept responding that I'm not ready! I thought that would have suffice, but he kept knocking and apologizing every time. Very RUDE! Overall, will definitely stay here again because of how clean (appearance-wise) the hotel was.

Unbelievably welcoming and efficient staff checking in last minute with my dog to stay overnight after getting stuck in traffic. Great room! Beds perfect, cozy and just enough covers and pillows! Bathroom light went on automatically when door was opened and the door had a silent shut by itself feature that was fabulous💃🏼and the light went off automatically too🤩

Room was clean. The bathtub was squeaky and TV remote control did not work (we stayed there just one night so did not bother to call the front desk to send someone to check out). The Samsung AC/heat thermostat was also confuse to operate. Breakfast was decent (service was great though).
