Absolutely loved my stay here! The guests were incredibly warm and welcoming. There was a lack of lattes here but I would still stay here again! Better than Marriott. The desk clerk gave me some phenomenal restaurant recommendations!
My boss booked me into this hotel for a 14 day work trip. Parking was easy and the front desk staff was nice. It’s close to the airport so every once in a while it sounds like a plane is going to land on the roof. The heater runs for a few hours silently, and then it starts rattling and vibrating and sounds like there’s a diesel truck in your room. I have to turn it off wait a few minutes and turn it back on. The breakfast is so so. I tried to take a bath the other night because my muscles were hurting. I ended up with a very disappointing lukewarm bath. There was no hot water. The beds are comfortable enough, but a couple of pillows smells like somebody else’s hair. I wonder if they had been changed. Rooms are pretty basic and uninspiring. I don’t think I would come back here.
The hotel was fine with free parking. We had a nice room with a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was good with hard eggs, bagels and creme cheese, yogurt, waffles, and 3 cereals. There was no fat free milk.It is very convenient to the airport
The location was withing close driving to San Francisco. We stayed here because it was much cheaper then stay in San Francisco. I basically liked it. It was clean and well kept. The complementary continental breakfast was in fact very good. Lots of choices of different breakfast foods. I also liked that they had lots of different flavors of yogurt. Other places they give you just strawberry or just Light Yogurts. There's a large sitting area on the 2nd floor which we used to have a little snack with friends. It was right outside our rooms. My only issue is that I don't care for hotels that have the powder room separate from the sinks. I prefer the bathroom and the bathroom sink be in the same room. Other then that, go for it. Oh, and the soda machine was always out of bottled water. Maybe they were out of soda too. We didn't try to buy the soda. We had to stop at a store to buy water. We were there for 3 nights and 4 days. The on-site parging was good too.…
Was arriving in SFO on a midnight flight so this was a very convenient place to grab a night's sleep. Checked in around 1am with no problem. At that hour, neighborhood was quite. Parking was in ground floor garage with very tight spaces. (Note: - When it comes to rental cars in San Francisco, try to go with the smallest vehicle you can. Parking is hard to come by and often quite EXPENSIVE. A smaller car is easier to manage. Also get something with a trunk and put ANYTHING of value in there and out of sight when you park.) Hotel was clean and felt safe. When it comes to the "Breakfast Included" at a hotel, my expectations are pretty low. An edible protein or two (such as eggs and bacon). A bread item that isn't stale. Plenty of hot coffee. My expectations were met here. The only thing I really recall of note from the breakfast was that as I was eating I saw them run out of scrambled eggs and it took 5 minutes or so before any staff seemed to take notice, then more time to prepare more. All in all though I WOULD recommend this as a stop-over spot if you have a late night arrival or early morning departure.…
