Wow. Was impressed. We stayed at a little more expensive hotel this past week but this one beat it by far. Clean and they had complimentary shampoo, makeup remover. Towels were very clean. Next door to a wendys. My teenagers liked it too. Will keep this as my go to when we have stays in sfo.

I was greeted warmly, given a clean room, slept well, was (self) served a nice continental breakfast. The staff was friendly and there were nice touches like rosettes in the tissues and fans in the towels. Close to the airport. I’d come back here.

My friend and I shared a double room and the bed and furnishings were very adequate- no complaints. The breakfast area is very small and we took the food back to our room, which only consisted of cold cereal and pastries or toast- hard boiled eggs and yogurt too- but enough to satisfy morning hunger. Free hotel shuttle is nice but be prepared for several stops at other hotels if you’re catching a morning flight- hotel at least 15 minutes from airport. We stayed on a weekday and when checking for a weekday the following week, rate was double for some reason. All in all a pleasant stay and would return here.

Hotel is great if you want somewhere close to the hotel like me. My flights was 8 am in the morning. Hotel is clean with basic amenities. They provide complimentary shuttle service which starts from 4.00 am in the morning and closes at 12 midnight. You should confirm the pick-up location from the airport. The confirmation email says dial 51 at hotel shuttle stop. We did that and waited for almost an hour. We saw the shuttle passed us and did not stop. Hotel said that the driver didn’t see anyone at the shuttle stop. After calling the hotel twice, I gave up and called Uber because it was too cold. Morning shuttle service went well. Allow 30 min for the driver to pick up guests from a few hotels even though the hotel is 5-10 min driving distance to San Fran International Airport.
