Rooms are dirty. Front office at night didn't know what they were doing. Room was prepaid the girl said she couldn't find our reservation so we had to pay a higher rate for the same room which was dirty.

We stayed here on 11-25-15 so we didn't have to drive on Thanksgiving day everything was OK except the TV didn't work to well the screen was messed up the front desk girl was very nice and fast she did a great job checking us in other than that we enjoyed our stay I'll return again if I'm in town.

I stayed for two nights with my boyfriend since I was in the area for a festival. It actually seemed like most of the hotel was booked by ravers as well. I just needed a place to sleep in, so i'll list my pros and cons. Pros: 1.Being inside the hotel was safe. The only way you can get in...

Rooms are clean, beds are comfy.... Its actually like stepping into a much nicer neighborhood, considering the elements outside... That being said, I was happy with my stay there. So much so that I stayed an extra night. And have returned to the motel since. In the area it is definitely our number one choice!

If you have your own transportation and are maybe visiting for a conference or other event this lodge would be OK. There is nothing in the area around it: you will have to drive to get anything to eat and walking is an unattractive proposition as the area is pretty undesirable. The staff are pleasant enough and the rooms satisfactory,...

The room was extremely clean. The staff is some of the most friendly people I have ever met. I would highly recommend the motel for anyone looking for a great central place. Very close to a lot of great things like Orange show, Inland Empire 66ers ballpark, malls, food, and local transportation.

The staff is really warm and inviting. They answered all my questions and made me feel so welcomed at the hotel. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a room in this area to check this place out.

This is not a couples retreat or a great business overnight stop. This is a place if you need a place to sleep at a great price and don't care about amenities. The staff is decent but don't expect room service if you are in need other than 9-5. It's not immaculate by any means and the room does smell...

I stayed here to be close to my family, when visiting San Bernardino. The front desk was helpful and friendly, but this hotel is horrible. The area is unsafe, near a bus station, and there are hookers on the street corners next to the hotel. I checked into room 333, and I could tell immediately that something bad happened in...
