I am usually a fan of La Quinta as we travel with a dog often- dog shows, etc. Many of them have been remodeled in recent years making them comfy and stylish. The Sacramento downtown location should be demolished. The building is old cinderblock style with all motel room doors opening to the outside- a serious safety concern especially in...

We have stayed here several times over the years. It's clean, quiet and has plenty of parking. The room, however is kind of small so I really wouldn't spend much time here, especially if there were two or more of us in the room. The hotel may have larger rooms but this was just the standard double and for a...

We were travelling with our dog, so that limits the accommodation choices. We booked this hotel for three reasons: good price, allow dogs ( with no extra charge), and good location with very easy access to and from I- 5. We have stayed in other La Quintas and found them to be basic, but fine. The Sacramento Downtown La Quinta...

beds at La Quinta hotels have become old mattresses with pillow tops added to give the impression they are new. Also - water warm enough to take a shower was in short supply. The other thing about La Quinta hotels in general is they have a price we can afford, don't charge for a small dog, and most of the...

Although the rooms are average (clean, safe, pleasant staff), what brings us back is La Quinta's no-hassle pet policy. It's refreshing not having to pay an additional $75-$100 a night for a small pet.

We have stayed at the location for a couple of months while waiting for our home to be available. 99% of the staff are super friendly and very helpful if you need anything or if there is a problem. The hotel is older and I am told it will be remolded after the first of the year. The rooms are...

Stayed in rm 212 12/18/ to 12/19/15. Was in town for the outdoor AHL hockey game at Raley Field, about 2 miles away . This is not the Ritz, but it was a good deal for $68, and you get reward points. I do not hunker down in the room when I travel, I like to experience the place I...

Great job! Good hospitality and a fair rate. Excellent breakfast and nice workout center. Location right next to a good walking path that leads downtown. Mexican restaurant nearby is top notch. Stay here they'll make it worth your while. Very convenient shuttle service they have as well made my stay very pleasant.

This is an old Days Inn that now calls itself a La Quinta but remains somewhat quaint because there is no covered passage from the lobby to the rooms in separate buildings and the elevators are inconvenient to rooms on the other ends of long units. The staff is very nice but the facilities are tired and in need of...
