Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The location is quite good. Little houses are OK in summer, but I doubt they are usable in cold time of the year as they are not insulated. Open external kitchen is very beautiful. It has its own fireplace, but you absolutely must ask the owner for permission to use it! Basically anything you touch needs to be agreed with the owner. Sauna is very hot and good, but very dangerous to use as it has no fence around hot parts! Shower room is a disaster. Mold everywhere. I'm not sure about using the tiny lake either. It's very shallow and muddy without any chance of knowing what's on the bottom. On the day of departure your house will be screened for any damage which in itself is fair, but the way it's done is very unfriendly. Moreover the owner will try to screw you for every little thing that might even remotely be broken. Some of the things there are "ancient" but owner will try to make it look like you broke them and obviously charge you for repair. Don't fall for this trap. Either inspect and document everything and I mean it, or let them deal with your insurance and be upset about the attitude. Such a pity because the location is good and rent decent.
