Our room was so infested with cockroaches, they were running around even once we turned the light on. We only stepped into the room far enough to turn on the light switch, so I have no idea what the condition of the rest of it was, but there was no way we were staying. The front desk obviously knew because they canceled our reservation without question and didn’t even apologize. I definitely would not suggest staying here.
Just passing thru and this place has a great location just off the 10. Clean and comfortable. Pool was open but the hot tub could have been hotter. Pool area didn't look well attended, garbage was overflowing and the area needed a cleaning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Assistants at breakfast gave you what you wanted. I had a waffle for the first time in a long time and it was delicious. This is a good choice if in the area.
We asked for a first floor room three weeks before our visit. We were given a second floor room. The accommodation was ok but the light above the sink and coffee maker did not work. This was a pet friendly room. The rug had many stains, more so than any pet friendly hotel room we had previously occupied. Although advertised, we did not get “rapid check out”. We had to go to the office. Two days after leaving the Country Inn I was charged an extra $50.00, presumably for our dog. We stayed one night. Will follow up with the Inn. The bed was fine as was the TV. The hotel was very crowded and the breakfast was two dried eggs, potatoes, and sausage links. Masks were required everywhere beyond one’s room. All and all a bit of a letdown.
From the dirty floor in the foyer to the filthy carpet in the elevator to the stained carpets in the halls to the frayed carpets in the room, eww. There were stains on the walls, holes where something used to be on the bathroom wall, massive hardwater stains on the shower walls and showerhead, foggy-looking, poorly cleaned mirrors and wall art, frayed carpeting in the room and a nasty moldy smell when the A/C kicked on. On a lesser note: having the bed and sofa situated in a North-South position with the t.v on some cheesy bookshelf/dresser pushed up against the West wall where only a giraffe could comfortably view it was ridiculous. The toilet paper was as thin as a cheap facial tissue. The pool sits right under a main road and close to the freeway. Watched the breakfast server put all the food and breakfast stuff away with no mask on (so, those germs are on tomorrow morning's guests food and surfaces). In short, it sucked. Hotwire was great and moved me to a much nicer property.…
It was a very pleasant stay here. I loved how when I asked for more pillows they were brought to my room in minutes. The staff in the morning was amazing during my stay and during the breakfast time. Very happy with my stay.
