Pleasant people to greet us, place felt safe and clean overall. However, we opened the sofa bed and found rumpled up sheets and blanket, obviously dirty from the previous customer. Unfortunately, housekeeping had gone home for the day and the front desk gal did not offer to make up bed with clean sheets, even though there was another attendant watching...

We had a king bed with a gold out bed and a jacuzzi tub that was actually huge and in the room itself, not bathroom! My daughter was in heaven while I lounged in the very comfortable bed- best nights sleep in a long time, let alone on the road... sold on this hotel!! Very close to the I5, but...

I had a problem, the staff member I spoke to dealt with it immediately and without fuss.The room and hotel were much like other Hamptons that I've stayed in, but what set it apart was that every staff member I spoke to was very helpful and courteous. A no fuss place to stay.

If the housekeeper had to clean the hot tub and made my bed up with clean sheets. I will stand move from one room to another room that was dusted low water pressure from the bath sink and the carpet was dirty

This property is a must stay for me when traveling through Northern California. My room requests always honored....great staff....super clean and comfortable room. Breakfast is always fresh, hot, and well stocked.

Room and breakfast were standard. The cable tv was below standard with network options and information about what shows were on the channels. If you are leaving early for your work during the stay the breakfast meal is not available until 6am. We start on our job at 6 and only get the boxed breakfast. Glad to have carry out...

The Hampton Inn in Redding Ca is a great place to stay. The rooms are well stocked, clean and comfortable. In fact, this facility is immaculate and the most comfortable room we have ever stayed in. The breakfast area offers both hot or cold food that is fresh and delicious. We will be staying here again.
