We spent a week at the Ritz in early January. Everything from the room, to the food, to the facilities, to the service was absolutely top notch. This was among one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Special shoutout to the manager...More
We loved our stay at this hotel for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon travelling California/Nevada.
We arrived after driving from Las Vegas/Grand Canyon and the hotel was easy to find. The valet parking was straight forward. On check in, our room was available immediately....More
Maybe I was spoiled by the Ritz-Carlton I stayed at while in Grand Cayman. That hotel was spectacular, the complimentary room upgrade I had was huge and top notch and the service exceeded expectations. The Rancho was no where near the other Ritz I have...More

Beautiful site on a hillside overlooking the valley of Palm Springs, but there's a major construction project currently underway on the backside of the hotel with a high fabric screen that blocks all views to the rear. Noise was not a problem and I assume...More

A Resort fee is a standard fee at all hotels in California, I’m not sure why they don’t just include it in the price of the room, but they don’t, it usually runs around $30 a day. Also parking at the Ritz is $30 a day

yes, she contacted me after we had a poor dining experience earlier this year. When I called she blew me off. This was related to a really bad dining experience where a caesar salad served was a handful of iceberg (not romaine) lettuce with a dab of mayo type dressing.
We saw no construction when we were there. They have an area to the right of the hotel that was walled off. No rooms are really affected I don't think they have even using the ones that face that way. It's the Ritz they... More
We saw no construction when we were there. They have an area to the right of the hotel that was walled off. No rooms are really affected I don't think they have even using the ones that face that way. It's the Ritz they wouldn't do that. We wanted to be in that wing with our friends and they told us it was full. In my opinion that be the most open one it's furthest from things, I just think because of the view of whatever they are doing would be very bad for their customers so they currently not using them. Just ask when you call they were amazing at the desk. But we heard nothing like construction at all while we were there.
