Have been a guest on and off for 18 years. This hotel is about the worst Marriott property open. No dependable wifi and when it does work, the speed is contemporary with the room decor, 1996. The walls and ceilings are paper thin, rice paper thin. Every door opening, closing, footstep, etc., is actually amplified by the acoustics of the...

Have stayed here multiple times for business. The staff is friendly and the place is clean, however, it is an older property lacking some of the newest amenities found in today's Courtyard Marriott properties (USB plugs in the room as one example). Because it is a Courtyard your food options are limited to breakfast or dinner in their "Bistro", however,...

Where to start? Very little signage, just one little tiny green sign in and down on the driveway. Could not open the sliding door Forget hot water in the bathroom sink. I used the bathtub. I've had this issue in other marriott's so what gives? No closing controls on hotel doors so slam slam slam all night Walls thin The...

While the prices are not too high, the hotel is clean, we got a suite and the room was pretty spacious. Little bathroom. Situated in a good location. Approximately 45 minutes drive from googleplex. A lot of parking right outside the hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights and the cleaning carts were outside our room so we refreshed our coffee and soaps. Very clean, but my wife is super picky and found some dust in places I wouldn't look so Very Good rating.

Awesome as always. I don't think I passed by one employee without them saying hello, good morning, etc. Very clean room, bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was fine, outside clean and well kept, everything that you'd expect.

I stayed here for five days while attending training @ Workday. The staff is really friendly and always available. I was given an early check in with no problem. And the express check out was handled perfectly. There is a nice bistro in the lobby. The menu is limited but the quality of the food is impressive and the prices...

This one of the better Courtyard by Marriott hotels I have used. On your first approach by car, it is a bit difficult to see -- poor signage. There are several decent places to eat within walking distance. Parking wraps around the facility, so you can usually park reasonable close to your room. Location is quiet, great even for light...

We were in Pleasanton for a few days and wanted a room where my teens could have their own bed. This hotel suite worked wonderfully. We had the 2 queen suite and everyone was happy, with one of my teens on the sofa bed in the front. The room had a refrigerator and microwave so we were able to buy...

Staff was helpful and friendly, mostly. Staff in hallway always said hello and sounded genuine. Only one person didn't seem happy in their job. They were civil, but nothing more. All else was fine and clean. This hotel was chosen because my traveling companion wanted to see the Livermore Outlets. The room (in the 280's) we were given is about...
