This hotel is among the best I have stayed in and if not for the ever increasing cost of stay per night for a family, would have been a keeper. It just cannot be compared in terms of cleanliness, amenities, location, quality of service and serenity. The kitchenette is "per excellence" for those who use it. It is a peaceful...

I am always so impressed with how well the team at this hotel is trained on delivering great service. Absolutely everyone acknowledges guests whenever and wherever their encountered. Love it! The hotel is comfortable, in a good location so all you need is within reach, even Starbucks.

The hotel is so tired and dated and really needs a lick of paint. We were booked in for 6 nights but checked out after 1. The walls were so thin you could hear everything next door. No headboard on the second bed and the floor tiles were cracked and needed taping down so we didn't cut our feet. The...

After reading all of the reviews here, I was a bit skeptical- because they ranged all over the place. Staff was excellent, room clean and organized, breakfast OK (even if limited). Plenty of walkable places to eat. I stay in hotels 150 nights per year and would select this one anytime!

Not a 3 star hotel and not worth > $200/night that I'm paying for. For two nights, room was not made and bathroom soap and shampoo not replenished. The hotel hallways stink and the carpet is old and dirty. Workout room very outdated and crusty and old equipment. When are hotels going to get that old carpet = bad smell...

We've stayed in many hotels in the Pleasanton-Dublin area, but this was our first time at this one. Our budget for trips like this is normally in the under $130 a night range, which was available at Larkspur Landing over the Thanksgiving holiday and weekend that followed. Clearly, this is a great place to stay, particularly for travelers who will...

This is an unusual hotel, for me at least, in a business travel context. The hotel I normally get put in to, was booked up, so I got this one instead. First of all, it was a little hard to find with GPS. I ended up in the back carpark. The reception staff were courteous and professional, and got checked...

Great place! Nice staff, great breakfast, studio rooms a little small but nice beds and kitchen. FYI kitchens have no oven. They took out the jacuzzi which was a bummer but they did put in a firepit. We got into our room super early, which was very helpful. Good coffee out all day with fruit available.

Check in was easy and professional. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, new-ish. The smell of febreeze-like smelly stuff was very heavy in the halls, gave me a headache. Halls were not air conditioning ditioned and on the 3rd floor it was hot. The bad news is - don't believe the reviews that say the breakfast was good. We stayed here...

Stay for business trip for a week there. Nearby BART station and the surrouding corporate company. Check in was swift with LA and she is a darling. The daily breakfast changed on the hot items and the basic items are offered. I think it is AWESOME as I am not a heavy breakfast eater. Oatmeal, bread with butter and OJ...
