This hotel has a lot of potential it just needs a serious referb. Reception area looks very cheap and nasty and does not give a good impression! Rooms were clean but very dated we had a crack in our sink chipped tiles and a shower curtain that looked like it had been around since the early 80’s. There is no pool either something our travel agent failed to inform us of. As mentioned location great especially for sitting in the bar and watching the sun set over the Pacific. This hotel would need a lot of money investing in it for us to stay again.

We loved the rooms and location of this hotel. We were greeted with a friendly smile and had 2 hot tub rooms. The rooms themselves were large, clean and comfortable however the communal areas were not up to the same standard which was a shame. The hallway carpets were dirty and were smelly and it was dated too.

in the smaller twin room area it was really hot and it would be better with fans or ac. In the main room you have the two balconies to let the air flow in to the main area, but there should be ac available in the rooms. That was the only problem, otherwise it was great.

The afternoon check in person were great and very helpful The morning lady who was there when we walk in did not left a finger to offer us any help Our room wasn’t ready ( and we even arrived after our set time) then my wife wanted to purchase something from the lobby and she said sorry they were out The afternoon person when we ask them they looked and found more under the counters

Hot tub and view are great. But terrible soundproofing. 11:30 at night and I can still hear the room next door running the television. Not even a fan that I can run in my room to block their noise. For nearly $300, I expected better.

There is an option to have breakfast delivered to your room by leaving a door hanger out over night with your order and time. It’s very reasonably priced. Alternatively there are quite a few places very close by that serve breakfast. Our favourite was next door to the Pismo brewing company (a block or so behind the hotel). Decent sized portions of nice food, you can also see them preparing the bbq outside for lunch and dinner which looked awesome

Is this an all inclusive
Nope, you wouldn’t want to stay in the hotel all the time. Get along the beach into the towns And enjoy the vibe- it’s good!
