Great location, right on the pier. The room was clean only detractor was that the room and the motel was a little worn down but for the price still a great deal, again because it's in such a great location. Had an ocean view from the second story room.

Location and Spotless

The location is amazing right on the beach and just round the corner from the bars and restaurants. Pismo is a lovely location and for the money this was excellent. Quick check in, spotless room snd a lovely stay.

Amazing view

The elderly owner is very lovely. Other staff ok. The view is absolutely to die fir. Breathtaking. I think each room has the same view. Clean rooms. Shame about the light outside the window. Should’ve used my sleep mask. Worth it for being right on the beach.

Great Location but no AC

Outstanding location, clean, decent room, comfortable bed, small but serviceable rest room, park at your door but no AC. Thank goodness there is a ceiling fan. There is also floor fan that can be moved around. We were there in late Sept with high temps in 70s. With large windows facing the western sun, the room gets hot. We placed the floor fan at the open door to pull cooler air in but room was uncomfortable until after 8PM. (The international tourists next door agreed.) Mentioning this because in summer we would stay somewhere else. Late Sept to mid May, this hotel is my choice. Location gives great view of ocean, right by the pier and very close to good restaurant, bar and beach shops. You will hear the ocean as you sleep.…

You can literally sit in your room and have a huge ocean view.Located right by the pier and a huge beach. Easy walking access to town for restaurants and shops. Staff was very accommodating. we would stay here again.

Can anyone tell me if there are self service laundry facilities at this motel?

HI Not sure if they do have a laundromat on site. However PB is compact and there is one a short distance away. Maytag Laundromat 1005 Cabrillo Hwy, Pismo Beach, CA 93449

We are staying here two nights next month on a road trip through California. I booked a queen room with a full ocean view, I was not sure which room to book... Also it says that there are bbq grills? Are these charcoal and is there a grocery store near by? Some reviews say there are coffee pots and fridges in the room and some say there are not, Does anyone know? And last but not least, is there anything around the area that I should go see other than the beautiful views of the mountains and beaches from the room! Thank you!
