Unexpectedly a very good place to stay! Free parking at the motel and walking distance to the beach and bars/restaurants in Pismo Beach. The rooms were very clean and had recently been refurbished to a very good standard with fresh paint and new furniture. Excellent for the Price

We found the Room to be very clean and the management very accommodating. The location is a few blocks from the beach and just off the 101 freeway. Maybe not everything you want but definitely everything you need in a hotel. We would stay here again.

Location location location! This place has it and all the you would want in a quick stay hotel. I was skeptical because I wasn't able to deep dive into the reviews like I would normally do when booking a motel, but I can say I was delightfully surprised. I booked two hours before our arrival the price was excellent, and we got in the room within 5 minutes of arrival. We only stayed one night but slept like a baby. 1- Close to the beach, and the pier, walking distance to everything that counts. 2- Huge room (we stayed in the wheelchair accessible, no reason other than that's all that was available) but the other rooms looked awesome too. Huge bathroom and good full length mirror. 3- A lot of the reviews had said that the owner who also works at the front desk was delightful and pleasant. I didn't find that... he was very short and didn't smile much or seem welcoming..but nonetheless I'm a New Yorker so I'm used to that anyway LOL. He did let us stay a little past check out, which was nice.. we were exhausted and needed that extra hour. 4- Location is right across the street from the welcome to Pismo Beach sign & monument really great for picture taking. 5- Parking was convenient and awesome, right in front of our room door 6- Love the detachable showerhead, but definitely could've use more pillows in the room and fluffier pillows. Great Pet Friendly Hotel in Pismo Beach

The Ocean Palms is easy to get to. It's right off of 101.T his hotel allows pets. There's a perfect grassy area for dogs. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beach is walking distance. You can also walk to many different restaurants close by.

Reasonably priced small remodeled hotel. Clean friendly and open to early check in if possible. The pool was open and vwry clean although it wasnt warm enough for us to swim, it looked inviting. I would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to everything!
