Make your reservation and camp in a wonderful environment. Beautiful sunsets. Clean. Monarch Butterflies from October to February. A spectacular sight! You won't regret it. Life is short. Live it to the fullest.

The North Beach Campground is actually very nice. It accommodates tents to large RV's and is very well spread out, right on the beach and right next to Pismo Coast Village RV Resort. Not to be confused with the campground on Pier Avenue in Oceano (2nd entrance to Pismo State Beach OHV camping). I give it 3 stars but it's...

While close to the train tracks, the trains must be running quieter as they were barely audible. A nice walking trail to the soft sand beach and clean showers and bathrooms. Check in time can get pretty congested so plan to wait.

Wow, what a park. The camping spots are Very wide spread, right next to the ocean, great shower amenities. The location is very close to the restaurants, which also offers a great place to walk. Truly enjoyed the camp location.

We stayed in a disabled RV space, which was spacious, well laid out and close to the very well maintained bathrooms and showers. Our space was close to the trails leading to the beach, as well as the paved walkway that leads to the dunes. North Beach is situated half way between the dunes and the pier. We walked to...

The North Beach Campground is a hidden jewel, right off State Route 1, just south of the town of Pismo Beach, this is the very best place for tent-camping in the entire area. The campground is mixed-use, so you'll see RVs & large trailers too, but some of the campsites here are wonderful for tents, with grass and shade! There...

We spent a week travelling up the PCH and stayed in 6 parks.. This was definitely the cleanest of the state parks we stayed in ! it was also in a great location and the facilities were good. The showers hot and toilets regularly cleaned. I'd happily recommend this park as an alternative the overpriced private RV parks in Pismo.

Nice state rv park. Spots are not right on top of each other as is the case in most rv parks. Good spot for young kids. Real close to the water, but separated by a few dunes. The town is a tourist trap kind of place. Tons of stores selling overpriced memorabilia junk.

Hot showers, and ample room. This campsite is easy to find. Reservations are through reserveamerica.com and are fairly inexpensive but you should book months in advance. There is a trail that goes straight to the beach with a bit of a hike. We highly recommend this place for camping.
