One of the most unique B&Bs located in Northern California wine country. From the honor system apple stand, to the fresh cottages and bungalows that reflect a simpler vintage era, to the wonderful breakfast, a stay here will be etched in your memories.

Looking towards retiring and wanting something special for our anniversary, my husband booked a cooking weekend at the Apple Farm. Imagine a huge bucket full of fresh raspberries coming into the kitchen while you're preparing dinner or sitting outside, under a canopy of trees whose branches are woven together with a chandelier hanging from the middle. This was magic. The...

I went for a weekend of cooking classes with 3 couples. The setting is beautiful and inspiring. My cottage was immaculate and spacious- with a huge open shower. I had a king size bed plus a day bed. The cooking instruction was incredible- with ingredients directly from the farm- incredible eating! They send you home with many great recipes. I...

We stayed two nights at the Apple Farm. My two sons, 5 and 7 quickly befriended the farm dog and had a blast playing with him the whole time. Our cabin was delightful and accommodated 4 nicely. Seeing the activity around the farm was fun too. Lots of animals to watch and apple trees to climb. Suggest hitting the grocery...

Very relaxing site. Laid back relaxing part of the world here. Hands off service (there when you need it). The green door was a good ADA option. Be sure to catch the community light breakfast, the preserves and home made baked goodies are excellent.

I stayed at the Philo Apple Farm over Labor Day Weekend and it was amazing (I'm gesturing with jazz hands for emphasis). My friend invited a group of eight or so to celebrate her birthday and I didn't know what to expect, but I was in for a real treat. We stayed in "cabins" on the property and they featured...

An excellent pit stop between Mendocino and San Francisco is The Philo Apple Farm. The working farm and cooking school has an honor-system stand where you can pick up delectable jams, ciders, and chutneys.

I was looking for a getaway that included wine tasting in Anderson Valley over Labor Day weekend. There aren't a whole lot of rooms between Boonville, Philo, and Navarro especially with a large destination wedding in the area. Karen at the Philo Apple Farm confirmed availability in the Room with a View for one night (it was booked the rest...

If you would like to truly relax in a sophisticated yet rustic and comfortable environment The Apple Farm is for you. Three gorgeous cottages set amongst a working orchard you feel a part of something special. The staff including the animals are friendly and efficient. The breakfast served in the farmhouse kitchen was simple and excellent, homemade jams with toast,...

This hotel is very homely with very friendly staff. Our room was very comfortable, with beautiful flowers and grounds. The restaurant was excellent with a fantastic breakfast. We were made very welcome and wished we had stayed longer.
