The other 70% of our rooms have private bathrooms. We are currently doing a renovation project which will include creating a bathroom for every room.
The advantage of the rooms without a bathroom is the price, which is significantly less. So if you don't mind a European-style hotel stay (think hostel, college dorm or campground) you can save a lot of money while these rooms are still available.
