My husband and I along with another couple stayed for a long weekend and were able to totally decompress. We were surprised at the remoteness (not too far but far enough). It was quiet and beautiful. Suite 2 was perfect for us. Quaint but big enough for the 4 of us! They provide everything you need, even breakfast and snacks!...

The place is quiet, peaceful and filled with beautiful deer, turkeys and did I mention deer? What a treat is was to share their space. Morning, noon or night, you will see them. They are skittish so they will likely run if you try to get anywhere near them so admire them from a far and with your camera. We...

We stayed in Suite 1 with our dog and loved it. The place is secluded and quiet but right in the middle of wine country. Our dog was right at home and loved all of the places that he could investigate without his leash (which is a treat for him). The group that stayed in the house downstairs was friendly...

Peaceful, quiet, remote setting next to the Dunning Winery. Rented the upstairs suite which was like being in a tree house. Christine welcomed me and provide a quick overview of the suite. There is a small refrigerator and microwave. Christine had the refrig stocked with orange juice, milk, cream, coffee, butter, cream cheese, potato chips and protein bars. The counter...

the Villa is what you want here....high on the hill with a Tuscan vista and miles of vineyards, mountains and things like out of a Kincaid painting. Bob Dunning make a pretty good wine too. The whole place is anything but commercial...its classy yet simple. elegant yet folksy, and compared to the in town options a real bargin !!!

This vineyard is very off the beaten path, GPS is strongly recommended if you are getting in late a night. Stay in the guest villa. It is at the top of the property with spectacular views of the vineyards, and at night Paso Robles in the distance. Then there is the room, very private, very romantic. The spa tub's windows...

This was our second visit to DRGS. Both times we have traveled as three couples and had the whole place for the weekend. We really enjoy the well stocked refrigerator for breakfast and snacks. Christine, the manager, was happy to resupply bottled waters. Suggest that you take some bug spray for sitting out on the porch in the evenings as...

Dunning Ranch is wonderful! My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing stay. We felt like we were guests in someone's charming home. The cottage is full of all the amenities you may need for your stay. We loved the beautiful evenings on the back porch and walking the property. The guest house is quiet and secluded, yet just a short...

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at the DRGS. The cottage is located off the beaten path in the heart of wine country. There is a great porch that sits above oak tree groves and vineyards. Relaxing there we were visited by a flock of wild turkeys and Charley the winery cat. If you're looking for a place...

Well standards must be dropping in the good old US of A. Coming from New Zealand, we spent 2 nights at this establishment during a 3000 mile road trip through the Southwestern USA. I have travelled extensively throughout the world and for over a $1000 for 2 nights we don't expect to have surprise charges on our credit card when...
