I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and it costed USD 400 per night without breakfast (normal price). Though it's true as others reviewers mentioned that the wall is thin, facilities are average but the worst is the room I stayed has construction site view that came with portable toilet. I think Sheraton should not sell this room until...

On paper, this hotel has it all - large rooms, new bathrooms, dining facilities, quick shop, coffee shop and swimming pool. In reality, it is old, dingy, noisy and in some cases dirty. My tired room looked out onto the parking lot and rail road. The rail noise starts around 05h00. The view, through the dirty window, included a close...

I stayed here for one night while in Palo Alto for a graduate school interview. The hotel is nice and clean and has a heated (outdoor) pool. The staff was very accommodating and checked me in and out quickly. The room itself was also nice, really exactly what you'd expect from a Sheraton, and everything seemed relatively new, although the...

We stayed here for a few nights but probably wouldn't again. The room was small, cramped and there was building work going on directly above which started at 8am and went on to 5pm. The rooms were dark and had old fashioned aircon units. It looks very old and dated. The decor is dingy. Most of the staff didn't speak...

The rooms are quite old and the walls really thin, I could hear everything happening in the hallway. Cocktails from the bar are average. Nice swimming pool and excellent location from the Caltrain and Palo Alto main street. The front desk age early morning was not really friendly.

Every time we try Sheraton, we are always left a little disappointed. My husband booked this hotel for us while visiting family attending Stanford. It is close to the campus and that was a plus. We basically used it as a bedroom, spending most of our time with our new grand baby. The bed was very ok, not stellar. The...

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Palo Alto with my wife, as she had a conference and this hotel was affiliated with the event. The "special" rate of $369 a night (before taxes) was very high for the amenities/quality you receive. The location is good, in that you can easily walk to downtown Palo Alto for bars and restaurants, and...

Booked via Hotwire for a Saturday night stay. There was a party that evening, and not only was our room totally quiet, but the bar was really insulated from the music as well. Comfortable bed, lovely room... be aware there is a great shower but no bathtub.

We stayed at Sheraton during one week when we visited companies in Silicon Valley. The reason that we stayed there was the location. Except that it is overpriced and not what I expect from Sheraton. But if you want to close to Stanford and in the heart of Palo Alto, the hotel is at the right place.

Stayed here three nights on a business trip/pleasure. The location is right near the Caltrain. Very easy access and an hour to San Francisco. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were nice in the upgraded room. However, the hotel is ordinary and reminds me of a motel. Some of the rooms are very far from the lobby which...
