Alumni weekend is one of the busiest times of the year for us, but even when it is busy we are committed to providing our guests with exceptional service. It is clear we dropped the ball with you, and we have followed up with the appropriate hotel teams to ensure that this is an isolated incident. We would love to see you again in the future, and if you decide to give us another opportunity to provide you with great service please reach out to me directly at the property at 650-328-2800.

Do they allow late check out
Dear N A, As many have mentioned in response to your questions, late checkout's are subject to availability. Gold and Platinum members are eligible for the 4 PM checkout, however if the availability allows for it, we would be more than happy to accommodate a 4 PM checkout. Please ask the front desk during your stay with us or you can email me and I would be more than happy to assist you. Best, Gurpreet
