Stayed here 5/22 to 5/24 on a business trip. Chose this hotel because of prior reviews and excellent price relative to other options. The hotel feels very secluded even though it is right in Palo Alto. Layout is very clever, with walkways, man-made water features and plantings separating the buildings. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Food and service were...

In an area where chain hotels abound, it's a treat to stay in a family-owned hotel with lots of charm and character. The rooms are set amidst lovely gardens. Everyone on the staff is extremely helpful. All in all, a terrific place to stay.

Really nice, has everything you need. The laundry room is free to use so don't have to bring lots of things. Restaurant is really nice so you can dine there too. The pool isn't deep (3ft) so great for kids. Lovely plants and walkways around.

You could drive right by it, but it's worth finding. Very low visibility from the street. Quiet, unique location along busy El Camino Real. Excellent lobby and desk help. Stayed one night in #667. AAA rate was $180 for Saturday night. Tropical room with a patio next to waterfall. Zero road noise, nice poolside restaurant, meandering koi ponds, great location...

This is truly a gem. It is a lovely, unique hotel with a delightful garden-like feeling and a friendly staff to match. It is one of those rare finds that has enjoyed a continuity of family ownership & care over the years. Just visiting gives you a sense of authenticity & subtle, flower-like beauty.

Very clean, nicely updated hotel with a lot of history. Convenient location for my meeting at Stanford and at the price, it was a very nice find. Although I stayed on business, I wouldn't hesitate to stay on my own dime as well.

I love Dinah's hotel. I've been using Dinah's for years and primarily for business though recently brought my husband and he loved it too! It's quiet, has all the amenities you could want and the services is great! Location is ideal- in the heart of Palo Alto and close to the 101.

We first stayed at Dinah's Garden Hotel in April, 2016, and we loved the ambiance of this remarkably quiet accommodation just off busy El Camino Real. I was thinking about that quiet attribute again on this trip, as I sat poolside and read, the noise of traffic a stone's throw away nicely absorbed by the structures surrounding the hotel and...

Very nice hotel. Comfortable room. Good location and nice staff. I enjoyed staying in the hotel and would any time come back. Only internet connection was poor in my room, but had good quality by the pool and restaurant area.
