A wonderful place to stay, close to restaurants & walkable to Stanford. The staff offered exceptional service, and the hotel partners with a cute French cafe for breakfast. Depending on where your room is, the street noise can be loud (but the provide earplugs).More

I stayed in a room that shared the bathroom. This did not bother me and I never had to wait to use facilities. The flaws I found were in the noisy pines of the upstairs neighbor and some issues with housekeeping. My towels and the...More

The Cardinal Hotel is an older hotel in downtown Palo Alto that at one I would imagine was or may still be a hotel for Stanford Alum. It lacks in amenities and is somewhat high priced, although the choices for a downtown hotel are very...More

There is an elevator right by the registration desk. However, I do not recall rooms on the first floor. Also, you will want to call to check for an accessible entrance. I am remembering stairs at the two entrances.
