Staff was friendly. Good location and amenities. A closet would be nice, but that is only in the upgraded rooms. Very good location. Also someone tried to gain access to our room. Better security would be nice.

The Hotel Keen is in an nice location only a block from University and the downtown strip of Palo Alto. The staff is friendly. The rooms feel European in the fact that they are extremely small. The breakfast included leaves much to be desired...especially if you attend toward the later hours. In my opinion, the worst thing is that I...

Hotel Keen was a bit hard to find, but otherwise well located near the Palo Alto downtown strip. The service was cheerful and helpful and Check-In/Out was extremely efficient. The rooms were on the small side and not very good at keeping out noise from the hall or the neighbors. Nevertheless I managed a decent sleep after I figured out...

I planned to stay at the hotel with my family to celebrate my mom's birthday. It was a surprise. Upon arrival we found that the staff had put together an amenity of a few of her favorite things. They included a card personally signed by various team members. This was such a special touch. Mom said it was "best birthday...

I was in town overnight for a meeting. The hotel is nearby to restaurants and shops. The team had good suggestions for where to go. The next morning I was able to squeeze in an early morning yoga session two blocks away. Breakfast is included and is more European (hard boiled eggs, meats chesses, greek yogurt) great variety for what...

I have never stayed in a room this small. I will say it was clean, and the service was good. One morning of my four I had to take a luke warm shower because I missed the hot water. (Early bird gets the shower). For the most part, it was a good stay.

My new favorite hotel in Palo - it is centrally located, and has the BEST mattresses and pillows of any hotel in the area. Slept like a log. Your only concern will be parking as the hotel doesn't provide any for you.

Hi Eric, Thank you for your review and I am glad you like the pillow and mattress. Like Goldilocks, it is hard to chose the right mattress for a hotel. We hope to see you here again and please be sure to ask for me so I can say hello. Parking is a challenge since we are downtown. A nice...

The hotel is a nice one, breakfast is offered and is good. The overall experience is an easy and efficient one, without complications. You are near the bars and restaurants area which is good but the last rooms in the hall can have noise from a nearby bar, however nothing extreme.

I have conflicting thoughts on this hotel. On one hand it's in a great location, the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. On the other hand, the rooms are tiny and the walls are paper thin - it has the worst sound insulation in any hotel I've ever been to, to the tune of being able to easily follow...

An unusual hotel and different from the usual business places I stay. Essentially only rooms and a very small communal space with free coffee and an honesty bar. Breakfast is a sort of very limited buffet of croissants and cereal. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Rooms very small but functional. No pool or gym. Very close to the main...
