This hotel was very average. Beautiful grounds and a great pool but room was dark and dingy. Musty smell to it. Extension cords on ground from a/c unit and tv. Booked room with 4 people but only 3 pool and bath towels. Had to beg for another pool towel. We used them the day we checked and and we told...

Sorry about your room. I am sorry that you thought our front office team was rude. Normally they get high praise, but I will review this with them.

Right in the middle of all the great restaurants in old downtown Street festivals on Thursdays. The property itself was beautiful in all the common areas. The courtyard, pool, hot tub and two fire pits were like being on a movie set. Fragrant florals made it magical. The rooms themselves were very large but very dated. Clean but smelled a...

We went to Palm Springs Friday morning March 10th. Upon arrival we noticed that the town was inundated with tourist. Apparently there was a tennis tournament in Coachella. Rooms were scare and if you could find one they ranged from the high 200's to almost 800 a night. We found the last room in the lower end of the weekend...

Really sorry you did not like the jasmine fragrance, many of our customers really like it, but understand not everyone. I hope you were able to find all the many bars and restaurants very close to the hotel. Thank you for sharing. Tim

I was not impressed with our stay at the hotel! We arrived early as we traveled from another location and needed to be out of that hotel. We were not met with much friendliness. The front service staff seemed so overwhelmed because of how busy they were! They told us we could use the pool until our room was ready....

Sorry you would not recommend us. You are correct the pool towels are in the rooms. I will address with my team getting waiting guests a towel and remind them where the changing room is. Thanks for speaking up. Tim

This is a lovely hotel, which I highly recommend. Service was outstanding. I cannot wait to stay here again. My room was new-ish, clean and large. The pool scene was excellent and I could walk to many shops, restaurants and even a great hike in the nearby hills.

Stayed here over the March 10-12 weekend for a family wedding. A cute, inviting hotel. Professional, efficient and friendly staff. The rooms we stayed in (112 and 115) were nice, comfortable rooms. The only downside is that the air conditioners can be noisy. The pool area is great. A tropical setting surrounded by bougainvilleas and scented plants and a great...

Very bad smell, it looks like they haven't made an update to this hotel since the 80's, stained carpet, broken chairs are only few of the things why I didn't like staying there. The service was ok but not very efficient and the price for this room was $200 dlls per night!

Great spot in downtown Palm Springs, close to everything you need. No car needed and just a walk to shops and restaurants. Excellent pool and hot tub area. Friendly service. Nice fire pits. Bonus to have a free shuttle to the airport and the drivers were great guys. We loved Jose and his excellent customer service. We were in the...

This is a lovely, no frills place in a great location. I would definitely stay here again. My room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping folks and the tech young man were very friendly as was the shuttle driver to the airport (which is a great free service of the hotel). Some of the front desk folks, could use cracking a...

Last minute booked a hotel here without any real plans or knowledge of Palm Springs. We happened there on a Thursday which is the night of a several blocks long farmer's market/bazaar type of street vendor event. This hotel is right next to the main street that this took place at and it was a lovely little location where the...
