We stay here every time we come to Palm Springs. It is close to downtown, walk to Starbucks, Coffee Bean, restaurants and movie theater. Our kids enjoy the pool. We get the upgraded larger rooms, because they are more spacious and seem to be in better condition than the cheapest rooms. The staff is very helpful. We had issues with...

We love to stay here because the rates are generally reasonable and it's very close to shops and restaurants. The rooms and pool are nice but not the most updated. There is no bar or room service but restaurants are so close it's no big deal.

The pool area was decent, but no beach towels. The room was unacceptable and I had to switch. Don't let them put you in 218. It was musty and depressing. I asked to be moved to another room, which was 10% better. They need to update the rooms, coat a paint and updated furniture will do wonders. Happy it was...

Facility is dated but the room has all that is needed. Pool area was crowded as I was there week of school holiday.. Nearby restaurants are handy if without a car. I also took celebrity Tour of homes and enjoyed the stop and complimentary date shake.

This hotel is well-located and adequate -- a good, affordable base if your expectations are modest and you're not planning to spend too much time at the hotel. The pool/poolside area is pleasant, but would have been much easier and more enjoyable to spend time at if there had been an opportunity to order food and drinks on-site (the hotel...

Staff were friendly but the room was a little tight for three people. Internet kept dropping out. Pool area was nice and service was very good. Would have been nice to have a queen sized bed rather than a double. Also not able to open windows so got uncomfortable at night without air conditioning.

We wanted to be close to downtown and needed a short walk due to elderly parents staying with us. Parents really likes to resort. I found the rooms a bit dark and musty. The pool area is very busy with children and boisterous adults. Room was well equipped. We did not try the spot.

Our stay for a week in mid-March was nice. New carpet and bedding made a big difference in the room. Rooms still need updating and new refrigerators are also needed. Grounds and pool area have been greatly improved including a nice, new hot tub and fire pits to relax around at night. It's always nice to see George and visit...

I guess we should have read the reviews before staying here. Our room was a cheap, shawdy , dark and dingy room. It stank as everyone else has stated in their reviews. I really can't believe that hotel rooms actually exist like this anymore, especially in glamorous Palm Springs..shocking! The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Didn't even have enough towels...
