Many good things about this hotel, best of which was Joni, the concierge/jack of all trades. Makes one feel at home immediately and is knowledgable and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel is well situated and within a short walk to town and to several breakfast and dinner restaurants. The room and grounds are very clean and well maintained. Too...

This was our second time at this beautiful property. We truly love this place, the rooms, the grounds, location & friendly staff. We had the pleasure to meet the owner as she was on site daily making sure guests are comfortable. Her passion for the property really comes through. Her staff accommodating in every way. This time we stayed in the...

Just spent a couple of relaxing days at his adults only boutique spot with my daughter and our beloved pup Charlie who accompanies us on most vacations. We stayed in the ranch hacienda which had a charming and fully enclosed little yard for our dog. The setting and decor were great. The vintage room and bathroom is well appointed with...

I love this place. I even extended my stay there because I loved it so much. The staff treated me like an old friend even though I had never stayed there before. The owner is on site during the day and does everything to make sure her guests are happy. Its a quiet oasis just a block and a half...

Just stayed there for 3 days. It was our first time to Palm Springs. The location is perfect. A couple of blocks off the main strip (which translates to no noise), and right in the middle of the main strip. You couldn't ask for a better location. We stayed in the Sunset suite. All their suites are a little different...

My husband and I stayed two nights in the Kasbah room after celebrating New Years Eve in Las Vegas. What a contrast. Our room was so quiet and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed. The private hot tub was so relaxing after our drive. We did not get a chance to use the pool but it looked lovely....

This is a lovely small place right in down town Palm Springs, very private with your own enclosed courtyard and spa. Elegantly decorated, with kitchenette. (Only small issue was trying to figure out heating the room- it is cool in winter, and the masseus got the time wrong but compensated us for it). I would still give it five stars.

We stayed here for 4 nights after Christmas. We absolutely loved the hotel. We had our own private patio with hot tub. We used it every night! The woman at the front desk (I wish I could remember her name, she was originally from Jamaica though!) provided FRIENDLY great service with a smile, and always had fruit infused water available...

While I thought the price was high when I booked this place, once I was on the grounds and in the room, I changed my mind. This place is worth the money, quiet, comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. You can pay less but you will not get the room you deserve. I like small places, they have a...

We just returned from a 3-night stay in the Fountain suite of this hotel. Overall we had a pleasant visit in Palm Springs, and liked the San Giuliano hotel. However, we didn’t find the hotel to be exceptional, and we did have an odd encounter with the owner, which we’ll describe below. We arrived in the evening after the office...

As the owner, I would like to respond and express my concern with the accounting of the events in this review. Prior to arriving, the guest made numerous calls to our front desk requesting an array of different items to be placed in his suite prior to arrival. We did our very best to accommodate his various requests not only...
