From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the attention to detail at Alcazar. A warm greeting and shot of expresso were most welcome. Loved the sleek, yet cozy Mountain view room with private porch and working fireplace. The pool area was beautiful with gorgeous mountain views and a very inviting hot tub. The entire property was well maintained...

It's always a pleasure to return to the Alcazar. So close to the strip in downtown PS and the boutique hotel is quiet and quaint with rooms situated around the pool with Palm trees for a backdrop. The rooms are clean and contemporary. The front counter staff are very attentive and were quick to resolve a parking lot issue, which...

The Alcazar is a hidden gem among Palm Springs resorts and hotels. We've stayed at larger places in town but this has a cozy and relaxed feel that you don't find elsewhere. One of the best features is the private pool and courtyard surrounded by flowering jasmine and buzzing hummingbirds. We enjoyed our coffee in the courtyard in the morning,...

We love this place. It is small boutique hotel, wonderfully styled and in the heart of everything cool in PS. Walk to the best restaurants, art shops and even hiking. The staff is warm and accommodating. A plus is getting takeout from one of the best breakfast places in town and enjoying it without the extensive wait in the courtyard....

My husband and I spent a nice getaway at this small hotel. It is a nice walk to town, with many restaurants very close by. The grounds of the hotel are so lovely, the pool area is serene. At night, there are little lights all around with a fireplace. Music plays all day which makes for a very relaxing background....

Great value in downtown Palm Springs. The Alcazar is a stylishly decorated, very clean property in a good location within walking distance to very good food. They also have plentiful free parking for guests! The morning pastries and coffee were good, and I especially appreciated the espresso to get that extra shot into my coffee! For what we received, I...

This is a little gem of a hotel and I would definitely recommend it if staying in Palm Springs. It offers a fabulous location; just steps away from the bustling main street where you can find an amazing number of restaurants, bars and shops. While close to the action, it is amazingly quiet. Our room overlooked the parking lot area...

An absolute delight! Hard to believe one is in the heart of PS when the grounds are so quiet. The hotel was apparently fully booked during our stay but we only saw a handful of folks our entire stay. Loved the pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor fire wall and complimentary bikes. The grounds are also discreetly smoker-friendly which is nicely civilized in...

Long over due review, found Alcazar online and I immediately fell in love. You can tell the owners take great pride and it shows. The landscaping is beautiful, you could smell the jasmine flowers through out. The rooms are perfectly white, the floors, the linens, the walls. It feels very cool and relaxing that you almost don't want to leave...
