I am staying at the hotel this weekend with a wedding party and I have had two experience thus far that make me say hmmmm. Called a couple of weeks ago to ask about babysitting referrals and the woman said, "No, we don't." Nothing. I asked her if she could look something up. "No, I can't." Then I called today...

Stayed here one night with another couple. Our room was quite small...which is weird considering I think it was a disabled room. The other couple we were staying with had a bigger room...not a disabled room. Pool area was clean but it was a bit noisy later in the night. Internet kept dropping out....which is a bit rich wen they...

This Hotel is perfect. I recently had my wedding here and it was magical. We rented the whole hotel out from Friday-sunday so it felt like we had rental a huge house for the weekend for all of our family and friends to stay at. The Staff is beyond wonderful. Everyone was so sweet, kinda, and just wanted to make...

Unusual choice of finish in the rooms with white everything, including the floors. Clean, friendly staff and well appointed, Wireless internet was a bit hit and miss. We were not advised of a resort fee on check in so a charge that was on my card was questioned and later clarified in a good response time. Not a bad location...

This is a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are spacious and the pool area is fabulous. Staff were helpful and hotel is close to everything you need. Great vibe and so chilled! The breakfasts are simple but good. Great place for a relaxing few days.

Queen-bed room by the pool: Charming hotel, lots of plants and trees, sun, shade. Friendly staff. Quiet. Several areas to relax in: by the pool, near the pool, by the "water" wall, which is very relaxing and a great place to take the breakfast coffee and pastries.

My husband and I stayed for a Saturday night and had an incredibly relaxing weekend. This is the place to come to relax, chill by the pool, read a good book and meet some fun people. The hotel is clean and the staff makes you feel like home.

Superb. We booked for 2 nights and loved it. We decided to stay a 3 night which the hotel was over run by a group of 50+ women who were carrying on like they were 22. Eating in the pool, loud, drinking. 4 out of 5

We have just finished our second and longer stay at the Alcazar. The place is a great hotel/motel, call it what you will but it is a great relaxing atmosphere where you can keep your self to yourself or make new friends around the pool, everybody seems likeminded and happy to respect either. Our room this year was smaller than...

We booked this hotel this year as our normal hotel was fully booked. Wow what a great find. The rooms are a little on the smaller size but we'll appointed and clean. The pool area is fantastic with plenty of shade when it is 113 degrees. All the staff are super friendly and the whole hotel and grounds feels loved...
