This hotel is beautiful and smells wonderful from the moment you walk in. I believe they boast the largest pool in Palm Springs. Bar service at the pool, and a beautiful view of San Jacinto mountain from the pool. Mostly adults, some families with small kids. A few teenagers. Complimentary shuttle to drive you downtown, but it's also close enough...

Definitely did not disappoint, good sized room, AC worked extremely well. Check in staff was friendly, prompt and ready with a complimentary bottle of water as I waited. The pool is amazing, and the views are quintessential Palm Springs. Really no complaints at all. Be aware you do pay for parking separately, $12, but I didn't mind since i got the...

This hotel is located 3 minuted from the airport and 1/2 mile from downtown Palm Springs. It is in a great location. The pool and outside area is beautiful and clean. Fire pits set up at night with cocktail service. The rooms are very clean as well with Aveda products, and the lobby had lots of seating areas to hang...

First impressions are really good as the hotel is beautifully presented with lots of flowers and well kept grounds. Reception area is also very nice and modern. Check in was efficient and our room was excellent- comfortable, clean and spacious, overlooking the pool. The pool area is big and nicely kept, although pool bar staff were very slow - and...

I got a decent price for a room through a last minute booking site for a Tuesday. Loved the hotel. Rooms are clean, modern, and have quirky angles. Super comfy bed. Absolutely enjoyed the huge pool area and hot tub. Lobby was pretty. Thought the food prices were too high, so I ate at town, nearby. Some conference people were...

Never been to Palm Springs before. Kinda blown away by the mountains and desert views. Very nice hotel, quiet clean room, decent shower, parking, fire pits, pool. Hot tub didn't always work. People were super professional and friendly BUT the waitress and bartender where overwhelmed every evening by a not very big crowd. Could have used an extra bartender and...

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at in Palm Springs. Super easy to get to, walking distance from the shops and restaurants and super friendly staff. I love the pool area. Even though it is alive with people, I'm always able to find a lounge chair.... even the busiest time of day!

I hadn't been to Palm Springs for an extended stay in many years, and of course we picked the launch weekend for the BNP tournament. The Renaissance was the only option. Overall it was disappointing at best...in almost every dimension. Clearly there isn't a lot of training for service personnel...one of the shuttle drivers shouted at me that he was...

This was my first time to the hotel. Check in was friendly, fast, and efficient. The lobby is beautiful with multi colored nights. The pool area is very nice as well. The one area of improvement I would say is the decor in the rooms. While the bed was comfy and had a modern headboard and the bathroom seems to have...
