Came here in late November and the weather was surprisingly pleasant. Checked in for a evening and enjoyed almost every aspect of my stay ! The hotel is super colorful and unique and wacky. The rooms are all quaint and colorful, we got a pink room which was filled with lots of orange pink and purple hues ! Lots of...

LOVED OUR STAY HERE! Josh the office manager is amazing and we had a fabulous time. The rooms are colorful and adorable - everything you want from Palm Springs. This hotel has a great shuttle into town and to the airport which is super convenient. Will definitely stay here again and utilize the spa and bar!

We flew out for a wedding and absolutely LOVED our stay here for 5 nights. The front desk service was exceptional (especially George). We had the corner suite - huge room - enjoyed all the space and use of the balcony. Music played outside and it really added to the character of the hotel. We never had time to use...

My husband and I stayed at the Saguaro expecting to use the heated pool ( as advertised). The pool was ice cold, not heated and when complained to the front desk was told ,all 3 days ,that a part was coming from LA. Never happened. We saw no other guests using the pool. Some saying that they would never come...

Hi Ryan, I hope you are well. Thank you for sharing feedback from your recent stay. I am sorry to hear that we failed to impress you on this occasion. I can absolutely understand how disappointing the unheated pool must have been for you. Unfortunately the heater went out the night before and took longer than we hoped to get...

From the pictures on the web you would think that this hotel was upscale and trendy. That is not the case. Inside of the hotel and rooms are very outdated. Furniture was stained, hallway carpet stained, musky smell in the room and the walls are super thin. I could hear every conversation that was happening in the next room over....

We recently held our wedding here at The Saguaro Hotel and I have nothing but exceptional praise for the venue and the staff. We put together the wedding in a VERY short amount of time and most of it from another continent. We arrived in Palm Springs with a week left and a list of things to finish - to...

I stayed there charmed by the photos online, but when I got there I realized that the hotel is a bit old and I actually got stucked in the elevator with my mother. Also, the common areas were always empty and unorganized, I think they can take advntage of the property but it seems a little abandoned by the owners.

Opened in 2012, The Saguaro's overall condition is fading, just like the brightly painted colors on its walls. While the staff is friendly and professional, they can't make up for the lows that are becoming increasingly more noticeable. Keep in mind this was a Holiday Inn before its transformation to The Saguaro and it all starts to make sense. With...
