My 15 year old and I spent three nights in a cabin at this resort. It was was clean and charming, and had absolutely everything we needed, including soap, shampoo and plenty of extra towels. The cabins were closer together than I expected, the sofa bed was terrible and our cabin (#3) was close to the highway. But we enjoyed...

This is basically a rv park that wants you to think your camping. The staff here are absolutely the rudest people you will meet. To begin your experience you will encounter an older woman at check in at the store, who will be totally annoyed that youve bothered her and ruined her smoke break. The rest of your stay two men...

Stayed for just one night in cottage 11. Really nice place for a longer stay, house was spaciuos and had everything you might need (kitchen, bathroom, TV). Place is very close to Lassen Volcanic Park. Nearest town is Old station, where you can find gas station, restaurant and some small grocery. House could have been a little bit cleaner but...

We had another amazing stay. This place is not fancy, but it has everything you need. It is like camping but with all the comforts of home. We met friends here and stayed for three days. We never moved the car! The fishing is right there, just out your door. We have fish in the freezer! There is a kitchen...

We have stayed her before but was real disappointed with no Wi Fi. And no recreation room. And the back bathrooms are closed. But the staff and the ground keepers were awesome. But it will not keep me from staying her again. But please update your Web site.

Major changes and none for better. Office, Staff, Maintenance, Housekeeping all changed. The Managers although lovely people have had misplaced loyalties and have made very poor staffing choices made worse by corporate owners that have declined even the minimal investment into the infrastructure. Terribly sad to see this place and all its history be lost.

My family and I recently rented a yurt at this resort. Upon check in, we were told that the bathrooms/showers adjacent to the yurts were closed but we were welcome to use a nearby portapotty or hike from one end of the park to the other to use the one available bathroom/shower facility. Upon hiking what seemed like a quarter...

My family stayed in the RV Park and had a creek side camp site.  The sites and park are well maintained and clean.  The staff helped us to our site and back into the spot right next to a nice deck that overlooked the creek.  Without even asking for assistance, the staff (maintenance man, Carl) helped us trouble shoot a...

The campground is set in a beautiful area; that is the only positive. The service was horrific, not all campsites have water and the one (and only) bathroom was disgusting. We did, however, have a port o potty near our site that was very clean. A family member rented one of the cabins and that bathroom was horrific as well....

I recommend this place based on the location and the level of RV park maintenance. It deserves 5 stars for these features. The cabins are rustic, which is the reason for my 3 star rating. Just trying to set expectations here. First, the good points about the Park: -- Remote location, right on Hat Creek. -- Quiet at night. You...
