What a charming property and charming hostess. Kristina has poured her heart into this property. For something out of the ordinary THIS is your place. Just the staircase and entry hall is worth the trip. And I loved the balconies! Makes it hard to pick a room:) I loved the authentic rustic charm of the saloon, with a jacuzzi right... More

Kristina was a joy with whom to work. This host has truly worked hard to create a wonderful B&B that finds the right balance between a warm home and sentimental stateliness. Unfortunately, the rain dampened our planned hikes and horseback rides, but Kristina jumped right in with other options. We're glad we chose an in-call therapeutic massage. If the weather... More

Acacia is a beautiful and interesting property located in an enchanted valley. At substantial cost I booked the whole facility for five nights to host a large family reunion on a self-catering basis. Everyone had a great time, took good care of the place and left it cleaner than we found it (in the kitchen and pool area that wasn't... More

I am surprised that someone would complain about paying for damages that their children made while staying at the property. This group had 5 children under the age of 10 that I witnessed being left unattended by the pool and in the game room. I almost never charge against a damage deposit. Of the $1000 deposit I only retained $225... More

While I agree with the "no frills" assessment, if you are "low maintenance" type of people (which we are), then you will be sufficiently happy with the Acacia Mansion. We stayed 2 nights in the Red Lotus Suite. The room & the entire mansion are just gorgeous! The complimentary massage for my husband & me was a big plus! We... More

Of the 10 B&B's in Ojai, I couldn't understand why Acacia Mansion had only 3 reviews and all the others had several hundred. Based on the 3 glowing reviews, I booked this on a Living Social discounted rate, which also included a massage for me and my husband, and beer or wine tasting at Ojai Beverage Co. Acacia Mansion is... More

Amazing property, fun location, and welcoming host. We spent my husband's birthday at Acacia Mansion and had so much fun chatting with the owner and other guests, eating the delicious food, and exploring the beautiful grounds. We'd love to come back. Christina was such a passionate and friendly hostess, and she was full of information about the area. The property... More

This was such an elegant place to stay. There was so much to do. We were able to enjoy the entire Mansion and the grounds. There were amazing restaurants minutes away. We enjoyed the lavish manor, and jacuzzi. The sauna was just so cozy for the two of us to enjoy. The place is like a story book. We even... More

Had a marvelous 3 days in Ojai, stayed at this fabulous remodeled Acacia Mansion in the spring when all the orange trees in the Ojai valley were in bloom with their beautiful scent.
