I stayed in the hotel for two nights. The first night I stayed in Rm. 9. A deluxe room which means there is a jacuzzi in the room. I moved rooms because the walls were so thin we could hear the people on both sides. There was a problem with the shower. It did not drain properly and pooled near...

Two nights in a jacuzzi room as a Christmas gift.Sounds nice. The ice machine was broken, the UNHEATED pool was closed, the telephone was inoperative "since the last storm", there was only tepid water in the lavatory. There was NO HOT WATER FOR THE JACUZZI at 11PM on a Tuesday night with only 3 rooms occupied!! We were told it happens all...

I stayed here last weekend with 3 friends (2 rooms total) and it was okay. The rooms were very themed - lots of cowgirl/cowboy posters and the beds had twisted pine frames. The walls were very thin and we had some cobwebs in our room. Our friends had the "deluxe" room and we had the "standard". The difference is that...

My family booked four rooms at the Ojai Rancho Inn. Many details were mixed-up with the bookings. However, the gracious, friendly weekend staff was supportive and responsive to accommodate our needs with what seemed like limited resources at their disposal. When asking to speak with the Manager to sort out the mix-ups we were informed that Management was not on...

We loved our 3 days in Ojai & down-time at this rustic motel. The staff was super friendly & helpful. We will stay again for another mini escape.

My husband and I stayed at the 'Rancho Inn' thinking it would be a nice, romantic bungalow type of experience - and the reviews were pretty good. But boy were we disappointed from the start! The woman that helped us was borderline frantic, even though only one call came in and there was no one waiting for her. When asking...

This hotel's location is their best selling point. The attempt at cute cowboy decor could not cover up the dank dusty room. Dust coated the wall heater and was layered in dark corners. Before we even used the shower there was dirty water backing up into it. When I reported it to the front desk I was told someone would...

I do enjoy this little motel so very much- I prefer it in the winter as it's quite cozy. The western theme makes me smile and I think it's tastefully done. If you get a room get the one with the two man tub!!!! Truly phenomenal and fits two people incredibly well ~ If you get a room with just...

After a 16 hour day driving through snow, rain...the Los Padres National Forest, I found the Ojai Rancho Inn. I'm so glad that it was the only place open, as nothing would have concluded such a fantastic day as this place did. I ended up getting to stay in the end room, Room 7, and thoroughly enjoyed soaking in the...

The Ojai Rancho Inn was recommended by a friend. Tucked in from the busy Ojai Avenue, nestled almost next to the 5-star Ojai Valley Inn, this is a sweet and affordable motel option. Motif is Cowboy/Cowgirl funky with knotty pine paneling and thematic decor. Because of being on the busy highway, we suggest a room toward the back of the...
