Clean, comfortable room with very friendly service. A minimum of housekeeping services, the first night we were there the only indication that someone had serviced the room was the coffee was replaced. But since we had only used one of the creamers in the two packet creamer, we were not given a new one. And, there was only one hook...

Room was nice and clean, comfortable bed, two blocks from bart. No vending machines but next door to a mini convenience store. Nicholas was helpful but they do not accept cash as payment. Next door to a Carl's Jr.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Inn, very comfortable bed and clean bedroom and bathroom. Super helpful staff and in a great location. Maybe not the quietest spot to stay but so central for a short walk to great bars and restaurants. I'll definitely stay again.

My wife and I have stayed here 2x and both experiences were amazing. For being new comers to the City of Oakland, the area of Temescal is up and coming. It reminds me of being back home in some of the trendy areas here in St. Louis, like Tower Grove Park neighbourhoods. The rooms were modern and up to date....

tonerkin, Thank you for your positive feedback! I'm glad that you were able to take advantage of our close proximity to great food and easy public transit. We stayed at the Inn at Temescal for 6 nights while visiting our daughter who lives nearby. The location was great, rooms clean, lovely and well appointed. The manager could not have been nicer or more helpful whenever we needed anything. We will be back.

Although the inn looks like a corner motel on a busy intersection, the clean, attractive rooms have been updated with comfortable beds, nice linens, thick towels, flat screen Dish TV, mini-refrigerator. My adult daughter and I stayed 4 nights while my husband recovered from surgery at Kaiser Hospital less than 1/2 mile away. Since we were keeping odd hours we...

This refurbished, renovated motel is clean, secure and comfortable and is the best place we've found in Oakland. Don't be alarmed by its old fashioned appearance. The rooms have been nicely updated and the check-in/check-out was easy.
