My partner and I stayed at the Best Western Plus Yosemite Gateway Inn, Oakhurst on a recent trip to California. We found the Hotel clean and comfortable and the staff very welcoming. The rooms were decorated to appear like cabins, possibly some would think the furniture was a bit dated. The indoor pool and hot tub was very nice. It...

I want to highlight the restaurant they have. We had the chef cooking for us with his help and did a excellent job. Our event went very well and the food was great. Thank you Chef Mike for all you and your staff have done.

We stayed here on our recent visit to Yosemite. It is about 1.5 hrs to the Valley, but a beautiful ride to get there. The staff were all very nice. The rooms were clean and had nice pictures of yosemite on the wall. The rooms were quiet. Staff were nice and they did not charge to have a dog there!...

Sometimes traveling with our small dog presents a challenge when looking for a clean, convenient room without paying through the nose. Best Western Plus checked all the boxes for us and gave us the opportunity to get a good night's rest, and enjoy the surrounding area.

The hotel lobby and outside appearance is very nice, but I think the rooms (at least the one we stayed in) are in need of renovation. I was a bit surprised that this BW Plus hotel did not offer a breakfast, but instead, it provided a 25% discount on breakfast served in the adjacent restaurant.

Lobby is spectacular. Multiple buildings on large piece of land. Our room was big, quiet and clean. Very comfortable bed, BUT all the pillows were hard ( no variety). Breakfast at the restaurant had terrible awful service. Overall an excellent hotel. Restaurant food was very good if you can get it.

We had the opportunity to be in Oakhurst, CA, the gateway to Yosemite National Park on New Years day. We had reservations at the Best Western for that evening. From the outside the hotel appears very inviting. The lobby is well appointed with a gift shop upstairs. If you get the chance be sure and visit the gift shop, especially...
