I have stayed at luxury properties on 5 continents and the Resort at Pelican Hill has some of the best rooms of them all. I had an upgrade to an amazing Ocean View Suite. Two fireplaces, soaking tub, two bathrooms, HUGE terrace with ocean views and asking right out front. The resort has an epic pool -- the largest circular...

We rented two villas for Easter weekend. Very expensive, but also very nice. The butler Angie could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The pool and public facilities were also wonderful. It is therefore surprising that the restaurant at the villas was pretty bad. We had breakfast there in two mornings and attempted one lunch. Service at breakfast was...

If so, then the Resort at Pelican Hill is for you. The only highlight of our stay was some of the service and food at the restaurants, aside from that everything was pretty much beige. I live near Pelican Hill and had an idea of what it would be like - it wasn't anything like what I thought. It was...

This is now our 3rd time staying at one of the 3 bedroom villas. As a vacation, this is very hard to surpass. There are so many exceptional qualities that I cannot list them all. The location is one of the finest worldwide and this is exemplified by service that somehow is eclipsing this quality. If you require privacy then...

We are talking luxury here! The grounds were so spectacular I felt if I had landed in some exotic European Destination. The rooms were luxurious and large with fireplaces, and unlike some Four Season properties they provided coffee makers and ironing boards/irons in the rooms. The property was very large but shuttles were always available. I was lucky enough to...

Nice facility and grounds. Our bungalow was large, luxurious and had a great view of the ocean. The pool are is really nice. Good food on site. Service was average (particularly at the pool), I expected a higher level based on ratings. I'm not a golfer, but it looked like a great golf destination. You have to shuttle to the...

My husband and our teenage daughters spent a few nights at this resort last week and everything was superb! We all wish that we could have stayed for a few more days. We stayed in a two-bedroom villa that had beautiful views of the ocean (note that this resort is not right "on" the ocean but has ocean views). It's...

From the time we arrived to the time we pulled out of parking spot in front of our Bungalow and little bocce ball court, there was no detailed missed. Our room, a bungalow, had a nice marble floor and deep soak tub. Along with a nice big shower. The tub has wooden panels that open up to a view of...

I stayed here for a week in the storms in January as part of a conference. Everything was amazing - bedrooms, food, service, conferencing. The gas fire in the bedroom was a particularly nice touch. But the staff and their attention to detail, service with a smile attitude really stood out.

I'm bummed that my review can only have five stars. If I could give 10 stars I would. This is one of the best resort we have stayed at. From our arrival, views, room, food, personal resort tour from Gavin, the dining, spa experience and more... everything was perfect and couldn't have been better. We are so thankful to have...
