We arrived late at night but keys were easily accessible from a coded key safe. Large room, very comfortable bed, good WiFi. Only downside was the rather noisy air con — made the bed vibrate — but bed so comfortable we slept through it mostly. Location easy to find, immediately after freeway exit and just a 15 minute walk into Napa. Breakfast simple continental and waffles available too. .

My family just stayed at the Elm House Inn. They stayed 4 nights and had a great experience. Thanks to the Elm House staff! Location was perfect and they appreciated the continental breakfast in the mornings. I am confident they will return the next visit to the Napa Valley.

Fourteen of us were traveling to Napa for a wedding and by luck we found the Elm House Inn! Upon arrival, we knew we had selected the perfect place. Ce Ce’s warm welcome set the tone for our stay at this charming bed-and-breakfast. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and we had everything we needed in them. The lobby was quaint with a cozy fireplace area that we all enjoyed with the cooler weather that had moved in. The continental breakfast was delicious. The staff made fresh waffles that melted in our mouths. My biggest compliment is to Ce Ce who treated us like family. My 93-year-old mother was with us and Ce Ce took care of her like she was her own mother. This is a spectacular place to stay!

This is absolutely one of the best places to stay anywhere, and yet, it is inexpensive. The staff is the best-- they went out of the way to help me personally-- the downstairs lounge is classy yet homey. The whole place, including the rooms, is remarkably clean. It is adjacent to downtown Napa. The breakfast muffins are pretty special. For the price and the proximity to the restaurants and wine tasting, it is everything one could want in the wine country. It is cute, yet gorgeous. Mostly though, the staff make the stay better than the rest.

Lovely vibe, modest and clean accommodations, with great breakfast and wonderful service. Great outdoor space and lobby made sharing a room with family a breeze. Walking distance to downtown Napa, and close by to Yountville without the touristy scene and price.

We booked this place for a night after wine tasting. Don’t bother. The rooms are just ok, no bottled water. Bed uncomfortable. Room has nothing comfortable to sit on, no amenities. Not enough parking. Worst thing was the room on second floor was so noisy. You can hear every word spoken in the lobby. I cant wait to hear how loud breakfast will be in the morning. It is served in the lobby.

This was such a cute bed and breakfast in a great location. Nice room, clean and comfortable. My daughter and I enjoyed our 1 day stay. The office and staff was so kind. The breakfast, especially the muffins was delis. I would highly recommend!!!

Everything we needed for our visit to the Napa/Sonoma regtion. Clean. Nice continental breakfast with decent varierty. Nicely decorated. Close to downtown Napa, which has lots of shops and restaurants. I would recommend the Elm House inn and would stay there again.

We had the absolute best experience at the Elm House. We had booked two nights and due to an odd flight time and some other things going on we were hoping for a very early check-in so our 2 year old could still get his noon nap. Kim was an absolute angel- getting us into a room and being so kind about the entire situation. She was accommodating, helpful, and extremely genuine. The interaction truly felt like Kim understood what we needed and was willing to help us get a solution. She truly made our stay in Napa 10x better. Thank you Kim! The room was great.
