I got the best hospitality service from the staff, Mirasol that I have ever expected. Firendly & Accountable, well impressed!! I got identify on my dimond elite and got fast service and every thing can not be better.
Our first visit to this cozy hotel in Napa was 3 years ago. Now that travel has eased up, we've decided to come back since we enjoyed our visit the last time we were in this property. The service we have received this time around far exceeded our expectations. Thank you to Mirasol and her team for making our stay truly enjoyable. We are looking forward to seeing you guys again when we come back in a couple of months for Valentine's Day!
We got a room for two days last minute after Southwest canceled our flight out of town. Hotel Indigo was a savior in this case. Because of them we enjoyed three days in Napa going to wineries and eating good food. Laurice was very helpful in the whole check-in and check-out process. We will stay here again.
Mirasol and her team were absolutely fantastic. We had a group with 6 rooms and they took complete care of us with phenomenal service, assistance at their bar, extra towels, sheets just everything. The breakfast was amazing and everyone was so kind and polite. I will absolutely visit Mirosal and her team again on our next visit to NAPA. 5 Stars for sure. Bryan Vansell

Traveling can be challenging with flights and meeting changes. This week I had just that occur. Typically moving reservations and changing plans can be challenging- but not with this location. Marisol and Kara were absolutely amazing in helping to accommodate my changes. Not only was their customer service top notch, they made me feel valued and appreciated as a rewards member. Although I didn’t get a chance to make it in to the property this week, I will only consider staying here in the future as the customer service speaks to the level of stay at this location. Not only that, the value for the room can’t be beat in the Napa area. I’m a huge fan of the Hotel Indigo locations and even bigger one of the Napa location and the team on-site.
We had planned a last minute trip to napa valley for the wine of course and ended up at indigo for the night. The room were amazingly clean and the lobby had plenty of area to hangout and relax after all the wine tasting. The staff were amazing especially Marisol who helped us settled in and prepare for our weekend adventure. 10/10 would stay here again.
While it’s nice to stay downtown Napa where you can walk to local restaurants and tasting rooms, the prices are at least double there so we arrived in Sacramento and wanted to stay at this Hotel Indigo. It was previously a Best Western but fully renovated and refurbished maybe around 5 years ago, not sure. The rooms are very nice, nice floors, nice counter space, super comfortable beds and soft sheets. My friend and I slept all night through, the air conditioning system is also very nice, not too loud like some hotels can be. It’s only a 10 minute drive to downtown Napa and parking is plentiful and free in Napa (side note, this hotel charges a small fee for parking, but most places in Napa do not charge for parking). There is also I really nice Brazilian restaurant close by that we did not visit but got great reviews and it’s also not a far drive to Yountville where there are some Michelin star restaurants. It is pet friendly here and we loved our stay and our room and especially the customer service from Marisol and Diane when we checked in who made sure we got a nice room (I am a platinum member). I also got a lot of great information from Ruth and Laurice about the area and even about our next location San Francisco when I went to get my complimentary morning coffee. The staff at this hotel is very caring! They have a nice restaurant for breakfast but we did not have time to eat there, and they serve beer and wine till 2 am so definitely check out this hotel if you are looking for a gem that does not cost an arm and a leg!…
I stayed at this property for two nights on Aug 26 – 28. During this time, the toilet stopped working (Ok things happen). I contacted the front desk around 5PM and asked if someone can look while my wife and I were going to be out of the room. Around 9PM, we returned, the towel I left on the toilet tank was still in the same place and the toilet still not functioning. When I walked down to the front desk, because the phone at this property always seems to be offline for guest services. I encountered Cruz at the front desk who informed me that the team looked at the issue, and it is a “major” plumbing issue, and engineering would have to working on it in the morning. I also took a few pics from inside the tank (I am no plumber) but seemed that the chain snapped and a new chain was needed. When I asked about using the bathroom during the evening/morning he rolled his eyes and said, “well you can walk down here to use the one near the front desk”, “there is nothing I can do”, “we have a full house and I am busy”. Never once mentioning sorry for the inconvenience or just being true and stating that he forgot to have someone look at it. For a hotel, that charges over $400+ a night, this is not the way to treat customers. The next morning while checking out, Diana at the front desk(very professional and courteous) asked how my stay was, I mentioned the above; she apologized and stated that she will add it to the maintenance sheet as it was not on it already. This proved my point that Cruz never did his job correctly nor has any customer service ability. Diane also is the upmost professional as she removed the parking from my bill and kept apologizing the entire time.…
