we visited the old world inn on August 6-8th as part of a week-long 25th anniversary trip to san francisco primarily based on recommendations from the internet, trip advisor and by looking at the old world's webpage. We arrived at 11 and although our room wasn't ready yet (check-in wasn't till 3) they were kind enough to check us in...

Walking up the front steps of the Old World Inn and being greeted by smiling faces, immediately put me at ease. Joy happily gave us the tour and showed us all the amentities. All I could think was that, "I am done with hotels." We followed Joy upstairs to our room. As we climbed the stairs, hearing the steps creak...

The Napa Experience The Old World Inn is in the heart of Napa Valley and offers guests all the comforts of home and the luxuries of a five star hotel. The 102 year old Inn is well cared for and graciously appointed. Guests are welcomed by the outstanding staff and treated to home baked sweets and refreshments available throughout the...

The Old World combines the best of both worlds...a B&B and a newer hotel. We totally felt like we were staying in a small Bed and Breakfast (which it kind of is) but had all the amentites of a newer hotel. From the moment we checked in, we were given a winery map and some suggestion and how to best...

After reading all the reviews about this inn, I knew immediately that it was where my husband and I should celebrate our 35th anniversary. We were definitely NOT DISAPPOINTED!! Everything was wonderful--our Secret Garden room--the fabulous breakfasts--all the little extras (wine, deserts, etc.) and the gracious, helpful inkeepers, Janie and Ryan. We really enjoyed the early morning solitude of the porch and...

The staff at the Old World Inn made our trip to Napa Valley excellent. Their help in securing wine tasting reservations and their knowledge of the area for activities and good-eating completed our stay. Upon arrival it becomes clear that the environment and ambiance of the Inn outdoes any expectations. The place is clean and classy; the rooms are comfortable...

This was our first stay at a B & B and we loved it. Ryan helped me plan our itinerary weeks before we arrived. He made all reservations including getting us a driver for a day. Thank you Ryan, you truly made our stay a memorable one! The innkeepers provide you with maps including shortcuts how to get places. Thank...

I found the Old World Inn online. I browsed several B&B's but the Old World Inn's room blended B&B charm with modern touches-it wasn't too "cutesy!" Plus all of the little touches that make a B&B unique. Excellent breakfast (so beyond eggs & bacon)! Great bath products (high quality), comfy bed & huge glorious bathroom (room in the tub for...
