Our trip across three time zones began with "strike one": and another loss of an hour due to the end of daylight savings time! We anticipated at least a 2 to 3 day adjustment, but the deep down beds, super quiet neighborhood and warm stove to relax us all made us feel like we'd been here a week already! Then...

Words can't explain what an amazing getaway at Old World Inn can be. In less than 24 hours my boyfriend and I indulged in a bottle of sparkly to welcome us, an extensive tour of the B&B by an innkeeper, decadent chocolate desserts to come home to after dinner, a feather bed to snuggle up in and an extreme array...

It's all in the Details. We've stayed in B&B's around the world and Old World Inn rates as one of the best. We felt as if we were visiting old friends who cared a great deal about our comfort. My husband had a bowl of his favorite cereal at 11:00 pm - just as if he was at home. The...

One Night Away! Though we only live an hour away we needed a night away and Napa was our choice. After finding the Old World Inn on the internet they graciously accepted our one night request and put us in the "Chocolat" room. It was even more warm and cozy then the pictures showed. As the rain came down outside...

We come from a land of hotels and motels and the fast paced life style of the 4th largest city in the USA. We had heard so much about B&Bs from my sister but had always resisted. Finally we decided to try a B&B for a few days in front of a week's stay in Lake Tahoe. To the internet...

A few months ago I was browsing the internet, looking for a good B & B in Napa to stay at for our 25th anniversary. After looking at several other websites, I found Old World Inn's site - and we were glad we did! Upon arrival, we were greeted by Vic and shown our beautiful room, Chocolat. Four nights later,...

We stayed in the Walden Cottage and had an excellent stay. We really enjoyed the cottage, fire place and watching movies on the oversized screen in bed. The breakfast was good, as were the afternoon wine and cheese set up and evening desserts. We would definitely stay here again if in Napa.

We stayed at the Inn while Bed and Breakfast hopping in and around Napa and Sonoma Counties. While the city of Napa (where the Old World Inn is located) is south of many of the better wineries and restaurants in Napa County, we absolutely loved this Bed and Breakfast. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful. Our room (La Biblioteca)...

This was our first experience at a bed and breakfast, and we were SO IMPRESSED with the inn! Upon check-in, we felt welcomed like we were old friends with the innkeepers. We helped ourselves to the fresh baked cookies and cucumber-lemon water before being shown our room. We stayed in the Chocolat room for our six year anniversary, and it...

This was our first stay at a B&B and our first time in Napa. When we pulled up to the Old World Inn, we quickly realized that we were in for a treat! The friendly and knowledgable staff was always there with a smile and a recommendation for where to eat and drink. Our room (La Biblioteca) was our own...
