Decent hotel. If you're wondering, the main door faces outside, but the area is pretty quiet. The place looks like it has some fixing up to do (door to the pool not functioning correctly), and the breakfast is ok. Some rooms have personal spas, great if you need to relax, but the motor is noisy. I could hear my neighbor below running their spa, so make sure you don't run late into the night, lol. Staff has good customer service, which is always appreciated. Positives to the hotel, it's located in the middle of things 5 minutes from downtown, Ox Bow, food places, shopping areas. So you won't wander too far searching for necessities!

The staff were all very friendly. Check-in and Check-out went smoothly. Facilities were clean and sanitized. Room was as booked and expected. Would stay here again if I have business in this area again.

This is not a luxury facility by any means, but it's perfect for those needing a place with in-room eating (fridge, microwave, and kitchen sink included) and separate sitting space. The rooms are a reasonable size and the bathroom area offered more than the usual tiny sink, with space for a bathroom bag (in contrast to many similar rooms). The included breakfast was typical. Overall, this was great value for money. It's close to downtown Napa but without Napa prices!

The hotel over all has been decent. The first night we arrived we had issues with ants and eventually got moved to a better room. We appreciated that. The room would have been ideal had we not had the neighbors from hell. They ran their jetted tub for 3 hours straight. 1:00am-well past 3:00am… I’m currently up listening to it unable to sleep and writing this review. I called the front desk 30mins ago and nothing has been done. I JUST WANT TO SLEEP! That’s not too much to ask is it? I know it’s not the fault of the hotel but maybe there should be a time frame posted for when to use the jetted tub and what hours not to. Because seriously we have to check out at 11 and I can’t even freakin sleep! Im annoyed!!! And these people obviously have no manners or consideration for other guest!…

Nothing will wow you or blow you away. For good or bad. Its a bit old and feels like it, but its clean and comfortable. The breakfast is "free" so don't complain, but honestly, just go into town and get a bagel or breakfast somewhere else...The beds and pillows are comfortable enough.

Great location. Friendly service from check-in to check- out. You can't beat the price. The breakfast really closes the deal for me. Super easy to get too. Parking never a problem. This stay even saw deer on the other side of the fence. That was am awesome treat.

We stayed there three days before leaving for a cruise. The location is ideal it’s close enough to drive to wine country we felt very safe there but we thought it was a little expensive, however, all of the hotels there are very expensive compared to the rest of the country.

I use to live in Napa and now come to visit family and friends. This particular trip was for my 50th High School Reunion. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. There are 2 reasons I was disappointed in my stay at this motel. 1) The noise. I had a long trip getting to Napa and wanted to sleep in a bit especially my first night. At around 6 am the housekeeping rolled their carts down the corridor in front of my room and knocked me out of a dead sleep. No fault of housekeeping, it's the noisy hard wheels on the carts. This includes the garbage carts as well as their housekeeping carts. Within an hour of being woke up, those carts went back and forth at least a half dozen times. 2) They need to keep up on the maintenance of the rooms. I had an electrical plug that didn't work and a screw was missing on the movable mirror in the bathroom area almost causing the mirror to fall off. Other than the 2 for mentioned, my stay was nice.…

We stayed here for 4 nights. We were very pleased with the size of the room. Plenty of space to put all your stuff. There's even a small fridge and a microwave on a small countertop. There's a separate kitchen like sink in addition to the regular bathroom one. The bathroom vanity has plenty of counter space and is outside the actual bathroom. That makes for easier mornings of getting ready. A really good location to downtown Napa, which is a really nice town to walk around in, as well as a good area to get to all the wineries! The price for the area was really good. We would stay here again.
