Spouse and I spent two nights here while on trip to visit long-time friends. Location is convenient to highways, as well as surface streets. Multiple eateries, of varied offerings, within short drive. Facility was in great shape, brightly lit, and clean. Hallways wide and well lighted. Food offerings were as would be expected, with food area nicely organized. Disappointed that only "artificial creamers" were available, and not genuine half and half. Staff interactions were smooth, friendly, courteous, and helpful....particularly night desk staffer David. Price consistent with going rate in that area. We would stay again when next in that area.
I love that this hotel had accommodations for our large family. The room was huge with 2 queen beds and another twin bed with trundle. We are a family of 5 and it’s really hard to find hotels that can accommodate us. We will definitely revisit this hotel.
We were staying for the Labor Day weekend. We normally stay with Hilton but was sold out so we ended up staying here. Hotel is a bit dated but we made the best of it. After our first night the following morning we called down and requested the room be cleaned as were leaving for the day. The front desk agent confirmed that our room would be cleaned. We left and came back about 12 hours later. To our surprise the room was not cleaned. We called down to the desk as there were two agents sitting down there fraternizing. My mom asked for the trash to be taken and fresh towels. The front desk girl janelle begin telling my mom that she was getting off now and could not help her. She said if we wanted towels to come get them ourselves and just put the trash outside of the door. My mom asked if she could just bring the towels up as it was there error for not cleaning and she was tired. Janelle told her that she was off and was leaving now and then got off the phone with my mom. I called back and asked the another girl at the front desk what was the name of the rude girl that was just on the phone with my mom she did not tell me at first and then I asked again and she finally said janelle. So we then hung up. A second later janelle calls back and said what’s the problem to my mom who answered. My mom said my daughter just called down and so janelle wanted to speak to me. I said to her you are rude and lazy. And she got irate and acted life she wanted to fight. Such ignorance so I hung up. No customer should have deal with this type of behavior all because we wanted our room cleaned. Beware of booking here..…
Stayed for two nights 6/4 to 6/6. Upon check in the room reeeked of marijuana . Got a different room . The hotel claims free hot breakfast which was not true . They had 4 plus options that the front desk staff give you . For example : the breakfast burrito was a frozen burrito given to me to be heated in a microwave . This is false advertising. We loaid a high rate for a substandard hotel . Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere .
When I made the reservation on May 28 2021 for May 30 3021 and May 31 2021, I wanted to use my reward points but I don't have enough to cover these 2 days. The website of Comfort Inn showed me if I use 6,000 points and pay additional $80 per night I can use my points. At the time I have 23,000 plus points. So I agreed to use 6,000 points and pay additional $80 per night so I only have to pay for 2 nights with 12,000 points +$160 and it also said all fees are included. Comfort Inn charged my credit card ending in the amount of $160.00 on May 28 2021. That charged should be reversed since Comfort Inn used 16,000 points instead of 12,000 points to cover for May 30 2021. And a charge for $183,97 to my credit card was made to cover May 31 2021. We’ve checked out on June 1 2021 But when we checked out today, June 1 2021, we found out that they used 16,000 . A lady named Atuias the Front Desk in charge this morning told me she can only give me a receipt for May 31 2021 since I used my points for May 30 2021, which is fine. So we ok'd the charge of $183.97 that’s only $2.00 more it's not a big deal for us. But when I've checked my credit card the pending amount we were charged the following: $160 for May 28 2021, we were there May 30,2021 checked out today, June 1 2021. $46.37 twice for June 1 2021, and $183.97 to cover for May 31 2021 only because May 30 2021 they used my points which is 16,000. I've called the Representative again at 951 894 7227 and the Lady Atuias the Front Desk in charge told me $160 is not showing in the system but the $46.37 was reversed and the correct charged should be $183.97 for May 31 2021 since they used my points for May 30, 2021. But my bank posted in my account they charged $160 for May 28 2021, that is the date of reservation for May 30 2021 ti Nay 31 2021. My bank said they will call Comfort Inn but it is still showed they have posted a charge of $160 to my credit card account. And there were 3 pending charges of $46.37 twice for June 1 2021 that is the checkout date, and a charge of $183.97 for May 31 2021 which is the correct charge and still pending. I've spoke with Atuias about these twice already and there is no email address that I can send a complain. So I am writing a review and giving a 2 star only for all the charges they made to my credit card. My review will be over the internet I promise you that and I will never stay in your hotel again. I have stayed in this hotel for over a month in 2019 and the hotel looks good. But due to covid19, they don't clean your room anymore, they don't pick up your trash, if you stay more than 4 days you cannot stay in the same room, they move you to a different room so they can clean your room. The food is in the bag and cold no hot breakfast anymore. But the Front Desk clerk is awesome, Atuias is awesome, the lady with Mexican accent is awesome, the Asian guy is awesome which I gave them *****5 star. . It's the billing is the problem, you better watch out and make sure you check your credit card statement and go online to check if their system charge the right amount. Mine they charges me 4 different amounts for 2 nights stay which is May 30 and May 31 2021. The Covid19 restrictions is a pain. We are fully vaccinated and we agree to wear masks everywhere because we don't know who has covid19. See at google and yelp and msn.…
The hotel is average. The first room they gave me was dirty. I mean real dirty. Dirty bed, hair all over the place, dirty bathroom sink. I want back up to the front desk and they put me in a different room. This room was much better. Still, just average.
Our A/C at home went out during the latest heat wave in So Cal the week of August 19. I am a Choice privileges member and booked the room for two night stay for, one, to get points, and two, the only Comfort Inn in my local. We had a two queen bed room, sofa bed, and there was a fold up cot in the room also. The room was larger than the normal two bed room at the hotel, it is actually a room and a half. There is a frig., microwave, iron & board, coffee maker, wet bar, two tables, and an LG HD television. Bath room is rather small. The large open area between the wall with the frig. and the wall the beds are on, is very wide, excellent space for kids to play or set up the rolling cot that was in the room. Drawbacks; the queen mattresses were uncomfortable, the wall mounted A/C unit is too close to the foot of the bed closest to one of the three windows in the room. Not only did my feet get cold, but, there is not enough space to walk between the two. I found myself sliding to the foot of the bed to get off of it. Finally, the A/C was cold and maintained this cooling throughout the room. Also, this hotel had excellent precautions in place to defend against exposure of the guests to COVID.…
We stayed at Comfort Inn in Murrieta Ca and had the worst hotel stay, our house was having new floors put in and I booked a reservation for a suite. there advertisement shows a very nice looking hotel and the rooms looked very nice. Upon arrival it became clear that this hotel has not been kept up to there 4 1/2 star rating. The hotel staff let there customers dogs defecate outside of there hotel room doors. the room staff (maid service) were wonderful, but the room accommodations were really bad. The air conditioning smelled like mold when we turned it on and there satellite service did not come with what was offered. When I called to complain and ask for some sort of refund, they gave us reward points and was told that we could cash those out for a refund. they gave us 8000 reward points, great right, this wasn't even enough for a fifty dollar gas card. We will never stay at a Comfort Inn and for those that are reading this review, I hope you will do the same. I have never written a review before but I felt that this was necessary.…
The good Hotel is well located if a little awkward to find at first (but right off the freeway) It's clean and functional Breakfast is good The not so good To access gym have to go thru pool that isn't open until 9am! They don't tell you where to park - find your room then figure it out. Some rooms facing the freeway are noisy ..but the biggest downer is that they rip you off for weekend charges. We need to stay three nights for a family wedding. The first two nights were $300 but then for the Saturday it was $250!
We had a large group for a wedding, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Clean rooms and good breakfast choices. As it turns out we are planning another family wedding in October at the same venue, and will definitely have the Comfort Inn and Suites as the first choice of where to stay.
