Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Cleaning ladies make a lot of noise in hallways. Walls are thin you can hear people talking. One item was taken from my room. The general manager is not helpful, highly sensitive, young and immature. Real people persons or other front desk personnel should be promoted to her position.

“Green” hotel means no frills. Fresh towels only every 3 days! In-room coffee awful. NOISY as there’s no carpet in rooms to block neighbors sounds. Bistro food ok but very expensive. Hallway carpets dirty. 1 washcloth in bathroom upon arrival. On day 4 we got 1 fresh bath towel to share. Homeless poop in far exterior parking lot (south) near dumpster.

We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of our califorinan road trip. Staff friendly enough on arrival. Room immaculately clean and huge! Pool area is wonderful although the water is very cold even on a hot day! Would stay here again if we ever visit california again. Asking is good and lots of places to eat nearby. My only request at hotels are that there is a pool and a fridge in the room (see below re fridge issues) Positives - huge room, clean hotel, staff nice Negatives - the fridges in the room only stay cold for 2 hours and then turn off (very bizarre). You have to physically press a button in the fridge every two hours to keep it cold. No good if you want cold water in a morning. I understand saving electricity is important but then don't have fridges - a warm fridge is pointless !! I have never come across such a thing and hope I never do again!! If you want a cold fridge then don't stay here

I stay at lots of Marriott properties. This is definitly top 5. Will stay again when visiting the friends in the area. Room was nice. Only sort of issue is the door frame looked like they once had to break down the door. I didn't find any signs of blood splatter so the a plus! lol

Although most of desk and bistro nite staff were polite many gave off the, it’s just a job, attitude Housekeeping staff is either given minimal work detail or are just plain inattentive (left bedding out one nite as baby bottle leaked all over). It sat n hallway over 30 hours. Pool is wonderful so that was a great plus but room had not been deep cleaned in quite some time top edges of furnishing and und tops of headboard were heavy with dust and one room had ants in bathroom. Trail originated under mirror on wall but biggest disappointment for family was that roof was closed for construction over 4th of July (three city fireworks shows would have been visible) and that was one reason we booked location. Had we known I would not have booked location. One last not. Only microwave is by desk and fridge is a very small cube style (ice machine in front lobby by gym)

One of the best Courtyards I have stayed at- great hotel for family. feels recently built or redone, nice lobby area and pool area, decent gym. Rooms clean and comfortable. Service friendly and helpful - all requests accommodated (adjoining rooms, late checkout). Highly recommend!

I suppose if you only pay $100 this is no worse than any other low budget hotel, but I paid $360/night on the weekend and was very disappointed. Here are the problems: Elevator was broken for two days, maid service only every other day (so we got no maid service during our two day stay), lighting in bathroom is fluorescent and very unflattering, vinyl "wood" floors are sterile and cold and make for a lot of noise from rooms above, AC is very loud. In general, I would find someplace else to stay, especially if you are paying over $100/night.

My daughters had a soccer game down the street from this hotel so I thought I would try it for a night. It looks like a newer property with all modern decor. Nice bar area and restaurant area with cold water available all day. The gym is a good size facing the outdoor pool area. They had EV chargers for my Tesla. The staff members were very nice and gave me a late check-out so my daughters could shower before we drove back home. The cleaning staff members were also very helpful. Starbucks is down the street about .5 mile. I walked there with no problem. This property is very popular with wedding parties for the Temecula area. The queen double room was very spacious and had ample room for a family of four.

Stayed here for a local overnight when needed to be out of our home. Was a bit dubious about the location, but was very quickly impressed when walking through. Hotel is quiet, large, with modern finishes and amenitites. I found the room to be very large; it was the suite with sitting area, mini-fridge/microwave. Desk was on wheels, so it was easy to pull out to use for dining. Room was clean, walk-in shower was sleek and a definite step up from typical 3.5 star lodging bathtup/shower combos. Only ding is for the graffiti scratched into the silver panel of the elevators. Hopefully that can be cleaned up soon; definitely not a great first impression. It was a chilly/drizzly evening so we didn't use the outdoor facilities, but they seem nice. Firepit lounge area w/ seating and a jacuzzi separate from pool. (2 guests were using jacuzzi.) Looks like there are BBQs available to grill. Rooftop area with bar was closed, probably due to Covid. Looks like it'll be nice when it reopens. Didn't stop, but there was a small bar area in lobby serving cocktails and small-bite menu. Found it to be quiet, w/ minimal footstep noise from above. Set back from the street so virtually no road noises. Would gladly recommend to anyone needing a central location for the Temecula Valley area. Trendy breakfast/lunch stop "Toast" is nearby, and within walking distance of the Murrieta Wal-Mart.

Really nice hotel in good central location. We chose this hotel for our SeaWorld/Temecula Winery weekend. The hotel is very well kept and never felt busy. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well maintained although the bed was a little to firm. The pool and hot tub area was nice. The bistro has a limited selection of food items but they are freshly made and quite good. Having a Starbucks on location was a nice perk although it’s only open during bistro times. We loved the fact that the hotel participates in a recycling program. Each room has a basket for waste and one for recyclables. Throughout the hotel are baskets for waste and recyclables. We look forward to more stays at this Courtyard especially since we travel to Temecula quite a bit.
