In short, this lovely establishment would be nothing without it’s friendly, welcoming, polite and phenomenal staff members—not to mention an awesome room servicing crew as well. Thank you so much: Oscar, Cynthia, May and of course Kevin! And gracias mi Bonita amigas por tu servicio de limpieza! Your kindness and genuine care made this First Responder “a happy camper.” It was a true pleasure meeting you all and experiencing such WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE! May God continue to bless you all!!!
Besides for the miserable breakfast which is served in the basement bunker, the beds were nice and there was plenty of TV channels. Half the parking lot was blocked off though. The english muffins were stale, the coffee was horrible and cereal in tins is a no no these days.
Great location, very clean. Area is very walkable. Lots of great dining options close. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Room was big, fridge and microwave. No pool. Short drive to get to Outlet mall.
I stayed here last night and was given the price of 65.00 a night plus tax when I was provided the paperwork the cost of the room was blank didn’t think nothing of it the person who attended us asked us to sign the paperwork we did and went to the room which we didn’t even stay the whole night but come to find out we were charged $184.80 after being told it was $65.00 plus tax which seemed reasonable we called the hotel and were told there would not be a refund provided and that we must have misunderstood the price how could 2 people of continuous mind hear $ 65.00 sounds far from 184.80 now I know why there wasn’t a amount written in the charged amount so they can write it in after and scam people out of there money horrible place don’t stay here listen to the other bad reviews they are true if management wants to make it right I’m willing to change my review but not until you honor the price we we’re given not the amount we were scammed into…
I booked this hotel accidentally. I was traveling through Monterey, Ca looking for a place where I could spend a night. When I visited Hotels.com this hotel came up and I placed the reservation. Few minutes after booking, when my GPS revealed that Monterey Park is nowhere near Monterey, I was forced to book another hotel. Naturally, I called the hotel itself and Hotels.com to cancel the erroneous reservation. Even though both parties could clearly see that I booked two Comfort Ins for the same night, both in locations called Monterey, none of the parties made sufficient effort to refund my money. They hid behind the nonrefundable policy. It's disgusting how greedy the franchise is and that hotels.com has no influence over it. Customer service promised to follow up with me and none of them did. I won't be booking through either one of the companies or their affiliates in the near future and I will advocate with people I know to do the same.…
