The room had been updated, some things not done well; the drapes blow out when the heat is on. Heater has been tinkered with so there is only one temp so it is either on or off. Area behind drapes did not get painted inside the cornice. Heat Lamp timer in the bathroom has been tinkered with so the longest...

Drove down to Monterey for the weekend and had an unexpectedly pleasant stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Rooms look like they were recently updated and saw some updates still being done to halls but wasn't bothered by it as it was rather quiet. Would stay again if in the area.

This hotel is a complete joke. We checked in and the room was cold, cold, cold...so cold I went to the front desk to ask for more blankets...the front desk only had two. No more available. The heater was putting out cold air. I went back to the front desk to ask to be moved and they said all the...

I wanted to begin by thanking you for your candid feedback. Bay Park Hotel will always use its guest feedback, both positive and negative as a measuring tool in regards to guests expectations being met. I can understand your frustration directed towards your stay. Staying in a cold room is not comfortable and comfort should be the number one priority...

We took a gamble and booked.on hotwire. Needless to say with the poor ranking and reviews I was.noy thrilled about the prospect of Bay Park. So I came with Zero expectations and was pleasantly surprised!!! The lobby is quaint and cozy. The rooms were quite spacious, newly renovated, very comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. Service was...

We booked this hotel through Hotwire through a blind choice. Happy to get here and see it is in a nice location, although a bit distant from Monterey's Cannery Row and Fisherman's Warf. But most importantly: clean, comfortable beds and fresh rooms. Good choice.

Stayed here with family for two nights while driving up the coast. Location is convenient to PCH. If your room is close to restaurant it will be too loud. Luckily we were not. We spent the day touring Monterrey and the hotel was more than convenient. The only real issue we had was that the internet was basically un-usable. I...

This hotel is quite a walk from the beach, Aquarium and shops but all down hill so not to bad until you head back. Ok if you are up for a walk but not for the elderly or frail. They would not let us check in early (just two hours) so left luggage in car and walked down through the...

We stayed here as part of a package tour and were underwhelmed. While the hallway to our rooms was ramped, the end of the corridors were open completely to the outside. Our corner room had easy access to the pool area ( again no wall at the end of the corridor ) but was close to the a main road...

I booked this hotel above all other because it had a Jacuzzi thinking that after a long day of travel, this would be a great way to relax. We arrived to find the Jacuzzi locked and temporarily out of service due to maintenance! Later I was told it was due to rain - but the pool was still open. Hotel...
